Excavation in foundations trenches etc. in all kind of soil in all leads and lifts such as pick work, jumper work in saturated /un saturated soil including bailing out water, blasting work in hard/soft rock or chiseling in hard/soft rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads and lifts stacking the excavated earth more than 3mtr.clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers when required into plinth sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads and lifts and handing over the usable materials available from excavation to department free of cost as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:3sand:6graded stone aggregate of 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work including all leads and lifts: a) Foundation and Plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 ( 1cement: 2sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement in:-

Foundation and Plinth.

Walls (any thickness) but not less that 0.10 Mtrs. thick including attached pilasters buttresses plinth and string course from top of foundation upto floor two levels.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering shuttering strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtrs.and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including all leads and lifts complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Veritcal surface such as wall ( any thickness) partion and the like including attached pilaster, butresses, plinth and string courses and the like with in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Mild/TOR steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending, binding & placing in position complete up to floor two level (TOR/Mild steel ) in all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in charge.

Wire crate of G.I. wire filles with boulders with square cut faces against the wire (Wire crates to be measured and paid for separately) within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Wire crates made of G.I. wire filled with boulders with square cut faces against the wire . ( Boulder filling to be measured and paid for separately ) GI wire 5 mm thick corresponding to SWG-6(15cm.x 15cm. Mesh) within all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Throught Rate)

Laying, jointing and testing of HDPE pipes of following class & working pressure in trenches confirming to IS 4984-2016 with but fusion welding,including all short pieces such as Nipple, socket/collar,bendes etc, complete with in all lead & lift as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.( Earth work to be measured & paid separately)

Providing & Fixing of CI Sluice valve (with hand wheel) as per IS : 780-1984 class-I upto 300mm dia.(i/c brass spindle & as per 2906-1984class-II for dia. 300 mm) in outlet, Scour and inlet pipe of G.I With M.S flange T-5 i/c welding and fix the sluice valve with flanged pipe complete with bolts nuts,rubber insertion etc.,complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Manufacturing and Supplying of Wheel valve chamber with angle 450x450x600 mm MS plate 3 mm thick welded with angle iron of 35x35x4mm thick and also providing extra length of 250 mm same angle (as tee) in bottom of all four legs for embedding in cement concrete and top opening will be provided with hunges and locking arrangment etc. complete and also provided hiles an three sides of chamber for crossing of different dia metre pipes etc. with entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing of 80 mm dia hydrant post of G.I / HDPE pipe of following sizes enclosed in MS wheel valve chamber with locking arrangement with fitting like elbwo, flange pair to connect with HDPE pipe with in in all lead & lift as per the direction of Engineer-in Charge.
