Dismantling Wooden flooring / boarding, any description, fixed in any position with screws and battens for tiles, shingles etc, of any size including tilting fillets spaced exc 15cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm aggregate) and finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement to true level surface complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for Treating the soil along with external perimeter of building at the rate of 2.25 litre of emulsion per metre of the perimeter wall complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and disposing of debris out side MD land complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on concrete surfaces / fair faces of brick masonary wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces / fair faces of brick masonary wall, finished even and smooth without using extra cement using 3% WPC in top 5mm layer complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for preparation of old plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coat of white wash, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper with distemper oil emulsion white or tinted over and including one coat of 3mm Birla white cement putty by finishing the surfaces even and smooth and one coat of chalk whiting primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour complete removal of existing treatment of old surfaces of wall and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces for height n exc 15m from ground with necessary scafolding and frame work complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 5.5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality area n. exc 0.50 Sqm in each pane and glazing for aluminum frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for for application of Elsastic PolyUtherene Rebounded Form (ERPF) sheets of thickness 10mm fixed with acrylic concerte adhesive on PCC surfaces for high cushion and intense shock absorbance. On the top of ERPF sheets following layer system are applied - Fibre Glass Reinforcement - Hybrid Water Born Flexible PU cushion (4 Layers) - Flexible Anti Skid Base Coat (1 Layer)(base colour coat) - Hybride waterborne PU Top coat (2 Layer) - Hybrid Nano Polymer clear Top Coat to protect flooring - Marking of Volleyball, Badminton and Squash Court as per standards Make of material :- Moldo Sports or equivalent as approved by GE.

Demolition Cement Concrete (unreinforced) Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water prooofing compound.
