Disposal of moorum / building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading in areas with in a lead of 1km in FACT premises in for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer in-charge and charges for conveying the surplus earth to places approximately 1 km away and dumping at low lying places as directed by the Engineer in-charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches in all kinds of soil, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lifts, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil up to a lead of 50m, as directed by the Engineer in-charge . The rates shall include bailing out water, and keeping the sides from collapsing using necessary timbering, planking, and shoring.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 , up to plinth level with cement mortar 1:6

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, for lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5m.

Providing form work to cement concrete and RCC works with necessary plywood / steel sheet, steel joists, runners, struts, posts etc with adjustable spans and telescopic posts, wooden planks etc. including removal after completion /curing at all levels for foundation footings, bases of columns and walls and for mass concrete with straight sides.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete work in 1:4:8 mix (1 cement: 4 coarse river sand/manufactured sand: 8 40mm nominal size graded hard granite broken stones) including all charges for mixing concrete, laying, consolidating, curing, cost for bailing out of water, oil, liquid mud etc. from all sources in excavated pits, trenches, etc. complete at all levels as per standard specifications but excluding the cost of shuttering, and as directed by the Engineer in-charge for foundation / levelling course etc.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-30 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer in-charge. (Note: - Cement content considered in this item is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess cement used as per design mix is payable separately) – for all works below plinth level

Add for using extra cement in the items of design mix over and above the specified cement content therein.

Supplying, fabricating, conveying, and fixing reinforcement to RCC works at all levels with high strength deformed bars of Fe500D/Fe550D grade Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) bars conforming to IS 1786 including all charges for uncoiling and straightening rods, cutting rods, bending cold, placing in position, and supplying & tying with black annealed tying wire of 16 gauge, etc. complete.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) -All work upto plinth level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of Engineer in-charge for Yard paving.

Providing and fixing mild steel round holding down bolts with nuts and washer plates complete to all lines and levels and applying petroleum jelly / grease after erection on exposed surface of bolts, covering the same with plastic wraps to prevent corrosion.

Supplying and grouting pockets, base plates, etc. at all levels for structural steel supports using nonshrink grout shrinkkomp 10 of M/s ACC or Conbextra GP I of M/s FOSROC or equivalent.

Supply, fabrication and erection of structural steel work in Single sections/ built up sections, bolted or welded at all levels with MS angles, channels, tees, flats, RSJs, rods, pipes, hollow rectangular sections and plates for roof trusses, purlins, cladding, runners, grating supports, etc. including cutting, welding, hoisting, erecting in position with necessary MS bolts including preparation of surface by grit/shot blasting .The rate shall include erecting necessary scaffolding works wherever required and covering working area during blast cleaning with tarpaulin of good quality to prevent spreading of dust. Preparation of surface and Painting of the structural steel shall be as mentioned in "Specific requirements of work".

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc (conforming to IS 4923, Grade Yst 355)., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.(Hot finished welded type tubes). Cleaning and painting shall be as mentioned in "Specific requirements of work".

Supplying and providing colour coated Zincalume steel sheets at all levels with minimum yield stress of 550 Mpa and having 0.45mm base metal thickness and a hot dip zinc aluminium alloy coating (consist of 43.5% zinc, 1.5% silicon and 55% aluminium with total coating mass of 150 gm/Sqm). The total colour coating thickness of 40 microns with silicon modified polyester paint system shall be of 20 microns coat on exterior surface and 10 microns on underside of sheet over 5 microns primer coat on both sides Total thickness of coated sheet to be 0.5mm. Roofing sheet shall be crest fixed to the purlins with Hot dip galvanized self drilling fasteners of required diameter and length with integral EPDM washers as per manufacturer’s specifications including providing crimped ends. Fasteners also to be provided on the side laps of sheet. Minimum sheet overlap at end laps shall be 150mm for roof and cladding works

Supplying and fixing in position half round rain water gutters made from UPVC pipe conforming to IS 13592 Type A, including connecting them to down water pipes with suitable joint sealants. The sections shall include necessary end pieces and down take pieces.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes - 110 mm dia.

Supplying and fixing rebars in already cast concrete, including drilling, cleaning hole with air blow-out & wire-brush and injecting odourless Chemical of HILTI (RE 500 V4) or Equivalent make, packed in dual foil, with the help of dispenser into a hole of diameter and depth as per manufacture specification, at all levels & locations for high strength deformed steel reinforcement bars of dia. 16 mm, DESIGNED FOR FULL TENSILE ANCHORAGE, including testing (as per manufacturer's recommendations), adjusting and making good any damage done to the structure etc. all complete as specified and directed. (Supply of all materials shall be in contractor's scope ).

Supply and installation of chemical anchors type "Hilti" HVU or equivalent as per drawings, including the cost of the bolts, carting the same to site of work, fixing in position with necessary, tools, labour etc for all heights and depths, drilling holes, anchor rods (HAS / HAS-E) with nuts and washers, and fastening as per vendor’s specifications, complete and as directed by the E-i-C.: Installation of anchor rods HAS-U 5.8 M16 with HVU 2 Capsule

Supply, drilling/cleaning hole and fixing of Hilti/Fischer Torque Controlled expansion anchor HST3 of Hilti or FAZ II of Fischer, of sizes ranging M10/M12/M16, to the specified embedment depth and specification, with the applicable tools and tackles, under the guidance of the manufacturers’ supervisor or authorised personnel.
