M&L for Lifting and lowering of defective submersible pump set including motor with suitable T&P and safety precautions of any type and size from the bore well along with column pipe including disconnection electric and water supply connection as required and aside for re-use after repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for transportation of submersible pump motor set/ booster pump of any capacity and type from the site to nearest civil work shop for for necessary repair work and bring back to the same location after carryout the repair, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for dismantling following spare parts of submersible pump and motor and separating the unserviceable parts cleaning the serviceable parts, re-metalling machinery polishing and re-assembling including replacement of old parts and necessary painting complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old unserviceable parts replaced will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Supply and fixing motor bushing upper and lower including facing of motor shaft 15 HP, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for Supply and fixing motor bushing upper and lower including facing of motor shaft 20 HP, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for drain out the water from RCC underground water storage sump of any cap and any type and cleaning of internal/external portion of sump by applying one coat of lime wash incl removing all dirt, dust and vegetation with the help of wire brush and cleanig out side portion of UG sump and making open the end of drain out pipe line (removing any obstruction,soil against opening of pipe), cleaning and painting the same , incl painting of all inlets,outlets,overflow CI/GI pipe line with synthetic enamel paint (as per pipe colour coding) and marking flow of water with arrow mark with synthetic enamel white paint incl painting to outer/top portion of sump with existing colour or as directed, incl making black ground for marking and writing of date of cleaning, due date of cleaning, capacity of tank in font size & colour as directed by engineer -in-charge (Note - The rate quoted deem to be included the cost of any chemical for cleaning, accessories & T&P for cleaning, painting of well. No any extra cost will be paid to the contractor to any account on this).

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5m wide and n. exc. 1.5m in depth in hard/dense soil for laying of GI/CI pipes and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm in soft / loose soil including making good of disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cutting the existing bituminous road / PCC Hard Standing upto 75cm in depth, 60cm in width and getting out excavated materials making good the damaged portion after laying of pipes by returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick and PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate upto 30cm depth from top of the road all as specified and directed.

Repairs / rectification of leakages of existing PP-R tubing laid in trenches, floors or on wall, roof by replacing new fittings such as Union, Sockets, nipples, tees, elbows, reducers etc including threading, cutting, jointing complete all as specified and directed for the 20mm bore.

All as per item No. 35 above but 25mm bore.

Taking up/ down old GI tubing connection including clearing (from trenches) complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge for the 25mm bore.

All as per item No. 37 above but 50mm bore.

Mateial and labour for GI tubing medium grade laid in trenches / floors or fixed to wall in any length with screwed and socket joints together with all galvanised GI fitting such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees, reducers, unions, jointing materials etc and pressure testing, Washing out complete including dismantling, taking out old corroded pipe complete all as specified and directed for the 25mm bore.

All as per item No. 39 above but 50mm bore.

Taking up/ down old PP-R tubing connection including clearing (from trenches) complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge for the PP-R pipe 20mm bore.

Supply & laying of 3- Layer PP-R Polypropylene random copolymer) pipes SDR 7.4 & SDR 11 UV stabilised antimicrobial welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge for the PP-R pipe 20mm bore.

Taking down old unserviceable gate valve/ ball valve of any size type.

Supply and fixing PP-R gate valves(brass insert) for 50mm dia pipe as per requirement of the site all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PP-R ball valves(brass insert) for 20mm dia pipe as per requirement of the site all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Gun metal or Bronze globe / ball valve, ISI Marked, screwed both ends suitable for GI tubing with side way operating GI lever handle including taking down old u/s valve of any type / make complete all as specified and directed for the 25mm bore size.

All as per item No. 51 above but 50mm bore size.

Taking up or down chalked CI/DI water mains including all fittings with spigot and socket ends including burning out joints, removing lead and proper cleaning by internal brushing, removing chalkings and refixing / relaying in place, jointing, pressure testing and washing out complete all as specified and directed for the sizes 100mm bore. Note : Run lead joint will be measured and paid seperately.

Taking up CI/DI water mains (including all fittings),with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints for the sizes 100mm bore.

Material and Labour for laying, jointing Ductile Iron pipe with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class DI-K9, Cement Mortar Lining with Portland Slag Cement as per IS 455: 1989, Metallic Zinc Coating as per annex A of IS 8329 with finishinh layer of Bituminous Coating as per annex C of IS 8329, suitable for Rubber Gasket joint, conforming to IS: 8329 : 2000, ISI marked, in any length laid in trenches, pressure testing, washing out complete including dismantling, taking out old corroded pipe line with all fittings complete all as specified and directed for the sizes 100 DN-.

Material and labour for fixing of CI / DI fittings and specials such as Bends (any type, radius and angle), Tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.), Tee pieces single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot), Collars, Caps, Plugs, Connecting pieces one end flanged and other end socketed or spigot ends or all socketed / spigot ends etc complete all as specified and directed for the sizes Up to 150mm bore CI Pipes.

Material and labour for Styrene Butadiene Rubber Gasket (IS : 5382) joint suitable for spigot and socket ends DI Pipes, Class K9, complete and pressure testing all as specified and directed for the following sizes.

M & L for Burning out lead joint in position including removing old lead complete all as specified and directed for the sizes 100mm bore.

Material and Labour for Run lead joint complete and pressure testing complete all as specified and directed or the sizes 100mm bore.

Material and labour for Mechanical joint having 2 Nos CI / DI Sockets, 1No CI / DI Collar and 2Nos Styrene Butadiene Rubber Gaskets alongwith nuts, bolts, washers , gaskets etc. including cutting CI / DI pipe and reducing to required length for insertion in position of Mech Joint complete all as specified and directed for the sizes 100mm bore.

Material and labour for sluice valve cast iron long body both ends flanged as per IS-14846 and drilled with stainless steel spindle iron wheel head and as per pressure rating PN 1.6, Class I, ISI Marked alongwith nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets etc. including dismantling and taking out sluice valve from valve chamber / trenches complete all as specified and directed for the sizes 100mm bore.

Supply & Fix, non return valve cast iron body flanged end including neophrene ball and by pass arrangement complete including suitable flanges, Nuts, Bolts, Washers and rubbber gaskets including dismantling and taking down old U/S one all as specified and directed for following sizes 100mm bore.
