REPAIR REPLACMENT AND CLEANING OF OVER HEAD TANK AT AF STATION TEZPUR UNDER GE (AF) TEZPUR

Disconnecting water tank from Roof Slab/staging of single/double/Triple story bldg, float valve with float arm and outlet pipe from PVC service water tank, empting stored water, cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and finally washing the internal surfaces with bleaching powder, closing wash outlet, re-fixing water tank in original position, including replacement of old tank nipple & GI Union (ISI Marked), & old pvc tank cover with new one including minor repair if required and testing complete including writing “Cleaned on:_____(Date) and Next cleaning Due on ___ (Date) 2” height on outer face of tank with white paint after removing old dates using paint remover of capacity exc 250 litres but n. exc. 501 liters complete all as specified and directed. Note for BOQ item No.1 to 3 : (i) Water/sludge during cleaning the tank shall not be directly discharged on the roof and a temproary drain pipe(to be provided by the contractor)/pump must be used, so as to discharge the waste water away from wall so that the paint on wall is not damaged/soiled. All the precaution must be taken to not soil the existing paint on the external wall of the building. Any expense incurred doing the same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate (ii) In case any damage is incurred to the painting of wall due to this work, the same shall be made good by the contractor at his own cost.

S&Fgalvanized steel tubing, medium grade, 15mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor, including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, 20mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F galvanized steel tubing, medium grade, 25mm bore with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floor including taking down old one complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down GI tubing and connections 15mm bore, including cleaning and refixing in new or old postion in walls, ceiling or floors complete all as specjfied and as directed. Note: (a) While fixing of pipe ,new fittings as required shall be provided by the contractor and cost of same is included in the unit rates of this item. (b) The old pipe shall be cleaned prperly before use in the work and cost of cleaning is included in the unit rate of this item.

Taking down GI tubing and connections 20mm bore, including cleaning and refixing in new or old postion in walls, ceiling or floors complete all as specjfied and as directed. Note: (a) While fixing of pipe ,new fittings as required shall be provided by the contractor and cost of same is included in the unit rates of this item. (b) The old pipe shall be cleaned prperly before use in the work and cost of cleaning is included in the unit rate of this item.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) for concealed water tubing or concealed cutting not exc. 10cm girth in brick walls/concrete slab complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends, butterfly handle for iron pipe 25mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends, butterfly handle for iron pipe 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 500 Litres capacity rotational moulded poly ethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part – I with & including PVC Float valve 20mm bore, Tank cover, wash out and overflow pipe 15cm beyond roof projection, necessary tank nipples, after disconnecting existing PVC tanks from roof slab/ staging of single/double/triple story bldg, lowering, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 1000 Litres capacity rotational moulded poly ethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part – I with & including PVC float valve 20mm bore, tank cover, wash out pipe, overflow pipe 15cm beyond roof projection, tank nipple,after disconnecting existing PVC/RCC tanks from roof slab/ staging of single/double/triple story bldg, lowering, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed, screwed for iron pipe 20mm bore ( min weight 210 gms), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed, screwed for iron pipe 15mm bore ( min weight 142 gms), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel frame works such as grills, gratings, ladders etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or reveted, or forged in to spikes, frame guard bars, water tanks and similar works conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 inclding dismantling ms work of any type in any postion not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in CM 1:6 etc including demolition of old unservicealbe brick work built in Cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:6 externally on other than fair faces of brickwork and finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coats cement base paint over a suitable primer after preparation of newly plastered wall or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a suitable red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Removing all vegetation bushes / small tree growth n exc 15cm girth from the RCC Roof slab/water tank platform by cutting the surrounding area(n exc 300x300mm) up to a depth of 25mm and , making the disturbed suface good by PCC 1: 2:4 type B-0, (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) with and including WPC @ 3% by weight of cement and applying one coat of waterproofing solution (Dr Fixit Prime seal Acrylic coating /equivalent) top of the disturbed area complete all as specified and directed

Opening of air lock in GI pipe 15mm/20mm/25mm by removing/taking down of GI pipes, bib taps (Including flushing out sand/silt by using electric driven water pumps/motors) and refixing as same, to obtain optimum water pressure complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1(using 20mm graded broken stone aggregate) as in cover slab and tank bases, set in cement mortar (1:4) with plain faces including necessary form work and demolition of old RCC slab at any height (G+3) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of RCC of any description and any position such as in water tanks on roof slab/ Toilet portion slab at any height (G+2) complete all as specified and as directed.
