BSP/2022/171, R/O (Repair of) Community Health Centre Building at Barot Mohal (Deposit)

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clearstory, windows and other frame wrought, framed and fixed in position. Kail Wood including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing MS BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-In-Charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid seprately) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content. With ready mixed pink or grey primer on wood work (hard and soft wood) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5.00 mm thickness weight not less than 12.50 kg / sqm including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidental complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
