Solid PVC door frames of size 50x47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet, supplied and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing shown in SSR and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Factory made solid Panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick style consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement for styles and Plain colour sheet PVC for top rails, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail supplied and fixed as per SSR instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Second class hardwood plain solid straight chowkats and frames wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints all as specified and as directed.

Second class hardwood glazed and skelton shutters 35mm thick, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc with sash bar any number fitted with cut and mitered beads for securing glass gauze etc , sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I section 8, Section 8.24(a) and fitted to chowkats, all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 8 here-in-before but 30mm thick shutter.

Second class hardwood rail and style plain framed panelled shutter (two panel) 35mm thick with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm venerered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS : 1003(Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated complete, all as specified and as directed.

Factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter, 28 to 30mm thick (stile), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face, supply and fixing in frame at site as per specifications and drawing shown in SSR.

30 mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and ply wood face panels, commercial type on both sides and one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete.
