(ii) Removing all dead skin by applying hard brushing and cleaning the surface by pressure washing. (iii) Pasting of STP ShaliCrete URP/Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP & cement mixture as per manufacturer's instructions (iv) Levelling the surface (v) Pasting of fibre mesh with STP ShaliCrete URP/Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP and cement as per manufacturer's instructions (vi) Applying priming coat of STP ShaliCrete URP/Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP duly mixed with cement in the ratio 3:10 by weight. (vii) Applying three coats of STP ShaliCrete URP/Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP duly mixed with cement in ration 1:5 by weight.

M&L for carrying out water proofing treatment to sunken concrete surface of floor by preparation of existing concrete surfaces with wire brush or scrubber to remove hidden dirt, loose particles, laitance, dust etc and degreasing the surface by using suitable solvents and repair to spoiled concrete portion by saw, cutting the extreme edges of the damaged location to a depth of atleast 10 mm to avoid feather edging & to provide strong bond and treating by applying the following process through authorised applicator of the company: -: - (i) MPB coating or URP coating by applying primer coating of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP duly mixed with cement in ratio 3:10 by weight. (ii) URP coating by applying primer coating of STP ShaliCrete URP/Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP duly mixed with cement in ratio 1:5 by weight. (iii) Applying two coats of STP ShaliCem EWP/Dr Fixit Pidifin 2K as per manufacturer's instructions. (iv) Applying 10 mm thick rendering of mortar obtained by mixing portland cement - 50 Kg, Washed sand - 150 Kg, STP ShaliCrete URP/Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP 6-7.5 Kg and water 10 Litres.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium unserviceable point wiring any type complete for light, fan, socket or power points including all fittings such as switches, sockets, ceiling roses, pendants holder, regulators, boards, wiring etc complete and making good disturbed surfaces of wall/floors or ceiling etc. to match with the existing surface, complete all as specified and directed.
