At points where A/C sets are not envisaged now ,2.5 inch PVC pipes shall be closed using suitable end caps.

Conducting measurement of soil resistivity as per IS-3043 at two representative locations at site as directed by Engineer-in-charge and furnishing soil resistivity report duly certified by Electrical Inspectorate. Sufficient number of tests/measurement shall be conducted at a particular location to find out average soil resistivity as per IS 3043. (The agency shall bring all necessary equipments/ instruments for the soil resistivity measurement and the quoted rate shall include all incidental expenses and fees payable to Electrical Inspectorate for witnessing the soil resistivity measurement and certifying the report).
