Disconnecting the 3 phase electric motor from the centrifugal pump set, taking down from the foundation , dismantling the motor, cutting out old burnt out windings, cleaning the slots of the stator and rewinding 16 HP to 50 HP 3 phase electric motor with super enameled copper conductor of suitable gauge including all insulating materials , sleeves , cotton tapes etc and incl varnishing ,drying etc and refitting the motor at original position , making all electrical connections. Dismantalling the pump, check the alignment, impelers and bearing etc. Overhauling the pump by greasing, oiling complete. Testing for proper working complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Copper winding wire and bearing of suitable size eyc. shall be measured and paid separately under respctive Items.

Supply only super enamelled copper winding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing of ball bearing No 6206/6208/6306/6307 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing of ball bearing No 6308/6309/6310 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting to the fire hydrant cabinet of over all dimensions 0.60 x 0.45 x 1.0 Mtr on all the surfaces with two coats of post office red enemmeled paint over a coat of red oxide primer after prepairing the surface properly for repainting by scratching complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of cast iron Butterfly valve with flanged ends and jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers heavy duty PN-1.6 of size 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm each layer, in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance n exc 50 m and deposited where directed at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing rotational moulded polythelene water storage tank 500 ltr capacity double layered cyliderical vertical with closed top ISI marked hoisted and fixed in position as specified in SSR part-I complete including tank nipples of 20/25 mm dia for making inlet and outlet connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, installing, testing, commissioning cosmic star-Delux automatic Star Delta Submersible pump Starter, suitabel for relay range 6 to 10 Amp (For 7.5 HP centrifugal pump set) with sutable type MNX/ML contactor and back up HRC fuse/ MCB and its control wiring complete all as specified and directed,

Supplying, installing, testing, commissioning DOL centrifugal pump Starter, suitabel for relay range 6 to 14 Amp (up to 7.5 HP pump set) , with control panel voltmeter/ammeter sutable type MNX/ML contactor and back up HRC fuse/ MCB and its control wiring complete all as specified and directed,

Material and labour in repairs hose box made out of 18 gauge MS sheet 800mm x 600mm x 250mm with doubble door with 4mm thick glass and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red out side and brilliant white inside yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing Hydrant valve 63 mm single headed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs canvas hose pipe 63mm dia 15mtr long hose confirming to IS-636 with male and female coupling confirming to IS-903 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing fire brigade inlet connection 4 way complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing Branch pipe gun metal 63mm instantaneous inlet, made threaded outlet, 15mm bore nozzle short complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs hose real drum with 30 mtr pipe and nozzel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair fire shut off nozzel complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair ball valve 25 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old one and S&F new portable fire fithting extinguisher cylinder with dry powder mono ammonium phosphate 4 Mtr for 5 Kg jet length ISI Marked with hydraulic test pressure of 30 Kg f/Cm square with ABC test complete all as specified and directed,

Supply and fixing in repairs heavy pvc ball valve with hendle screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 32 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs heavy pvc ball valve with hendle screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 40 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs heavy pvc ball valve with hendle screwed both ends for iron pipe of size 50 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.
