Design, Construction, Testing and Commissioning of RCC OHT with architectural features of 0.50 lakhs gallons capacity with single compartment and 17.00 meters staging height supported on rectangular/ square columns only on "Turn Key Basis" at Bassi under WSS Bassi including providing and fixing of D.I pipeline fittings for inlet, outlet Scour and overflow delivering upto disposal point & providing and fixing of all accessories such as lightening arrestor, water level indicator, R.C.C. stairs from ground level to top landing along outside columns, RCC Ladder from Top Landing to Gallery, RCC Steps along the tank from Gallery to Top Dome, side steel railing upto dome of OHT with stairs within the reservoir upto the bed from the manhole of the tank, gallery to top of dome and inside the tank with side steel railing, ventilating cowls valve pit with proper flooring cover, manhole covers with frame and M.S. railing for stairs and at root flooring, vertical D.I. pipelines and standard D.I. pipe fitting etc. all complete. The top water container should be preferably cylindrical in shape, shaft for support shall not be permitted. The foundation, columns bearing etc. shall be designed and constructed so as to have a provision for the construction of a single storey building between the G.L. bracing and first bracing with RCC roof slab and bricks walls for store accommodation. The Position of the bracing shall be so fixed that the height of floor is approximately 3.50 M and the top of ground level bracing is 0.60 M above general ground level to provide for plinth. Bearing capacity of soil shall be conducted by the contractor and approved from Chief Engineer Design, Inspection & Quality Control (DIQC) Department Jammu at his own cost and nothing extra shall be paid to him for the same

Providing and fixing of Rising main from Tube-well Bassi to proposed OHT including interconnection of existing system at Bassi Pipe Works: (Item rate) Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10Sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lit upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed: All kind of soil

Providing and fixing of GI pipes complete with cost of G.I pipes / fittings / gate valves / sluice valve / flow meter on R/main & G/main / all types of pipe specials as per site requirement including handling of all type of carriages of material to the sites of work, interconnection at tapping point and delivery point with the exisiting system, (complete rate to be quoted by the Contractor) excluding trenching and refilling etc. GI pipe 100mm dia (M)

Filling available excaved earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5mtr.

Civil Works: 02 No. Compound walls (75 Mtr Each ) ( Item rate) Earth work in excavation by manual means over areas (Exceeding 30 cm and upto 1.5 mtr in depth, 1.5 mtr in width as well as 10 sqm. On plan) including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth to be leveled and neatly dressed in all kinds of soil.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level in 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Crushed

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Crushed

Dumping and supply of stone in Horizontal on level

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non-modular) bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth including curing cement mortar 1:6 (1cement 6 course sand)

Extra for brick work in superstructure above plinth level upto floor V level.

Half brick masonry with common brunt clay ( non- modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement 4 coarse sand)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form work for foundation, footings, base for columns .

15mm thick Cement plaster or rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand) wall with plinth

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats) applied @ 3.84 Kg/10 Sqm

Carriage of Sand by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work for an av. Distance of 25 km.

Carriage of Bajri by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work for an av. Distance of 25 km.

Carriage of soling stone/ boulders by Mechanical Transport from source to site of work for an av. Distance of 10 km.

Carriage of Brick from klin to site of work by M.T 5 km
