Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mts deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mts below normal ground level, connected to Galvanised earth lead strip 25x4 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and other end connected to earthing testing point including funnel with watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised iron, wire mesh, charcoal or coke ad common salt in alternate layers of 15cm. (compacted thickness) all around the earth electrode with concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 50 mm thick pre-cast RCC M20 nominal mix cover slab of size 450mm x 450mm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 10 cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia round bar including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and necessary testing compete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I as shown on drawing including testing on completion and taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of old unserviceable Earthing with new earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600x600x3.15mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mts deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mts below normal ground level, connected to copper strip as earth lead 20x3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and other end connected to earthing testing point including funnel with watering pipe of 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised iron, wire mesh, charcoal or coke ad common salt in alternate layers of 15cm. (compacted thickness) all around the earth electrode with concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, 50 mm thick pre-cast RCC M20 nominal mix cover slab of size 450mm x 450mm reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar 10 cm C/C and suitable handle of 10mm dia round bar including necessary excavation, earth work in any type of soil and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and necessary testing compete all as shown in Electrical Plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I complete as shown on drawing and as specified including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required complete of size 4.0mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorous bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long head screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing 20 mm nominal bore, light grade with all fittings including fixing arrangement with screws, clamps on insulator for protection of GI wire upto 1.5 mtrs from G.L. including taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI tubing 40 mm nominal bore, light grade with all fittings including fixing arrangement with screws, clamps on insulator for protection of GI/copper strip upto 1.5 mtrs from G.L including taking out unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Exhaust fan, PVC body, heavy duty, AC single Phase, 230V of size 300 mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers complete and other accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing exhaust fan, PVC body, heavy duty, AC single Phase, 230V of size 200/250mm sweep with, blades, and frame and louvers and other accessories etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring for exhaust fan point with PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor single core 1.5sqmm (nominal area) cable using approved colour code as per IS drawing in and incl PVC casing and capping with all accessories suitable for PVC type fitment including provision for fixing of PVC boxes of suitable size as per site reqmt complete alongwith copper earth wire PVC insulated & unsheathed multistranded (FRLS) copper conductor cable of size 1.5sqmm as continous earth wire connected to common earth and erth dolly complete all as specified and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor or ceiling with plaster and finishing the surfaces with distemper/white washing/colour washing to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.
