30 mm thick factory made Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) door shutter made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 60x30 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm), with inbuilt decorative moulding edging on one side. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 25x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. Cleaning of terrace/loft water storage tank (inside surface area) upto 2000 litre capacity at all heights with coconut brushes, duster etc., removal of silt, rubbish from the tank and cleaning the tank with fresh water disinfecting with bleaching powder @ 0.5gm per litre capacity of tank, including marking the date of cleaning on the side of tank body with the help of stencil and paint and disposing of malba, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (The old date already written on tank should be removed with paint remover or black paint and if date is not written with the stencil or old date is not removed deduction will be made @ Rs. 0.10 per litre if during cleaning any GI fittings or ball cock is damaged that is to be repaired by contractor at his own cost and nothing extra will be paid on this account)

Cleaning and de-silting of gully trap chamber, including removal of rubbish mixed with earth etc. and disposal of same, all as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

`Cleaning of under ground sump, Over Head R.C.C. Tank (independent staging) including disposal of slit and rubbish, all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The cleaning shall consist following operations:- (i) Tank shall be emptied of water by pumping & bottom shall be cleaned of slit and other deposits. (ii) Entire surface area of the sump shall then scrubbed thoroughly with wire brush etc. and pressure washed with water. (iii) Chlorination of RCC internal surface by liquid chlorine. (iv) The treated surface shall be dried using air jetting and all loose particles shall be removal from the surface.

(v) Finally the surface shall be treated with ultraviolet radiation etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out existing wooden door / window shutter upto 2.5 sqm size , repair by cutting, painting etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws including wooden members etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Repair of steel doors, window and vantilater by electric welding replacement of necessary hinges if required complete i/c transportation of welding plant, scaffolding etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Fixing Galvanizd MS wire mesh of apeture 1.4 mm with nominal dia of 0.63mm to wooden /steel doors & windows with necessary screw nails beading or welding after removing existing wire mesh (if any), all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.

Cleaning of roofs including removing algae, dust, leaves, removal of vegetation , opening of rainwater pipes and their inlets, cleaning of khurras and disposal of rubbish and waste material at appropriate place approved by local municipal authorities all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The cost of alll necessary tools/plants/machine required for cleaning job is inclusive in the item & shall borne by the agency)

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roofs of slabs by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying: (a) after surface preparation, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. (b) laying second layer of Fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken upto 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. (d) Fourth and final layer of cement plaster will be paid for separately.

(For the purpose of measurement the entire treated surface will be measured.)

Providing and applying fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane with resilient acrylic polymers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @10.76 litre/ 10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment on roof by applying cement slurry 0.75 Kg / Sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound such as Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or equivalent ( 200 ml per 50kg of cement bag or as per manufacturer's specification ) after drying of surface , cleaning of joints and making arrangement for air curing for minimum 72 hours all complete as per as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, upto 25 metre height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S. clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter.

The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge.

Note :- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.

(2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works.

Providing & Fixing 100 mm wide slats vertical blinds for window/openings with necessary top channel , opening arrangement , bottom weights with chain etc of Marvel / Vista / Mac / Nova or equivakent make all complete with all accessories as per approved shade,fabric,texture as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. ( Note :- For measurement purpose area of vertical blind in closed position shall be measured)

Repair of existing rolling shutters by taking out and refixing the same after change of necessary parts such as spring / ball bearing etc if required i/c doing welding etc. as per the site required & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The rate includes cost of material and labour required for complete repairing).

Repair of existing Iron gates upto 6.0 metre by taking out and refixing the same after change of necessary parts such as pivot,holdfast etc if required i/c doing welding. concrete repair work etc. as per the site required & as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: The rate includes cost of material and labour required for complete repairing).

Providing Reams of A4 Size Photocopy paper of weight not less than 70GSM of ISI make to be used for maintaining day to day maintenance records in ofice and as approved by engineer-in-charge. (1 Ream=500 Sheets)

Refilling of Printers Cartrdige of make M1136MFP/HP4500/HP1020 to be used for maintaining day to day maintenance records of Division & Sub-Division offices of aprroved make and as approved by engineer-in-charge.

Daily Sweeping and moping of floors with disinfectant water solution of all portion, common areas including corridors, lobby, Balcony, Verandah of O/o PCE © UKD Civil Zone & EE(C) BSNL DDN Office, emptying dustbin from the offices and disposal of waste in appropriate place.

Daily cleaning of all toilet floors and walls with acid/ harpic. Cleaning of fixtures and putting napthaline balls in urinal.

Removing of cobwebs from common area and office chamber on weekly basis.

Sweeping of attached garages(once in a month), open area around office block, stair case portion of civil wing office, collection of garbage and disposal of garbage outside the campus at appropriate space allocated by municipal corporation.

Note: Rate includes the cost of labour and material required for above operation for a month.
