Supply, erection and commissioning of centrifugal multi stage pump set 1. Pump-Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA prequalified reputed make Centrifugal pump set with SS impeller, SS shaft and CI pump casing with suitable type base plate with coupling ,foundation bolt and nuts etc complete and including providing suitable cocrete foundation.The duty condition is as follows (Discharge - 1350 LPM, Total head - 140 mtrs, Suction head - 15 mtrs, Length of suction Pipe - 20 meter) 2. Motor - Suply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA prequalified reputed make horizondal solid shaft foot mounted TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable for the above pump set working 3 phase, 50 Hz , 415 V working in AC supply. The motor shall confirm to ELFI/IS 325 including providing suitable concreete foundation etc . Flexible coupling shall be used for coupling the pump and motor
5. Cabling work-Suplly, laying ,testing and commissining of suitable size XLPE cable for the above pump set from panel board to starter and from starter to motor. 6. Earthing - Suplly of all materials and providing suitable earthing by using suitable size pipe plate earthing GI/copper strip buried in ground and giving double earthing to motor , starter, panel board etc as per IE standerd 7. Copacitor- Suplly ,erection testing and commissioning duty APP capacitor for the motor get a power factor above0.95 . The copacitor shall confirm to IS 2834.
8. Valves- Suplly of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked double flanged sluice and Non return valves with suitable pressure rating. Fitting of valves shall include proper RCC support especially for Non return valve. 9. Suction and delivery pipe connections-Supply and fitting of suitable size bes quality GI/MS pipe of thickness not less than 8mm for a total length of 10 meter suyitable for the above pump set and suitable size foot valve and connecting the suction pipe and valves with suitable flanges, nut abd bolts, IR sheet etc complete and connecting the delivery side of the pump with valves and suitable specials to connect with the pumping main. 10.Maintanance for a period of two years
GST @ 12% of bill amount will be paid additionally.
