Eligibility Criteria

Special Condition: As per government circular No:FD263/expenditure-12/2022 Dt:11.05.2022 The lowest rate quoted by tenderer who has not uploaded the required documents and not satisfied the technical qualification criteria as per tender notification, such tender will be rejected and EMD of the tenderer will be forfeited

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The rates quoted should be inclusive of all statutory taxes (excluding GST)

Service charges should be quoted separately and should not be below or equal to zero.

The service provider should quote his percentage only for Service Charges and should abide by the rates fixed by Labour Department, Government of Karnataka and also he should pay the varied Labour Rates subject to conditions stipulated in the tender

If there are more than one number of eligible L1 bidder then bidder selection will be done by lottery process at Division office level and the decision of the tender inviting authority is final in this regard at the time of financial evaluation

The successful tenderer must submit salary remittance details along with ESI and EPF Channel/receipts at the time of submission of the bill every month

The Service provider shall credit workers salary / wages on or before 10th of every month to their bank account through Account payee cheque and furnish the details of the payment made every month.

GST will be paid separately at the time of submission of bill

Tenderers shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any State Government / Government of India /Union Territory

It will be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD

The tenderer is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

The successful Tenderer should deliver to the employer a Security Deposit in the form of FDR/e-Bank guarantee as per government circular No:FD5/expenditure-12/2023 Dt:15.05.2023 in favour of the Administrator, CADA, CBP, Mysore for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price within 20 days in receipt of Letter of Acceptance in accordance with the conditions of contract at the time of agreement and failing which his tender will be terminated on Risk & Cost basis, EMD will be forfeited

If any additional Man power is required against sanctioned vacant post the agency should provide at the same approved rate during the period of contract

The Executive Engineer, No.1 Division, CADA, CBP, Tumkur reserves the right to accept/reject any application or cancel the tender process without assigning any reason what so ever.

All scanned documents to be uploaded shall be in original and the original documents shall be produced at the time of Evaluation for physical verification

Corrigendum will be published in the website/newspaper for all modifications/for corrections, if any

If the selected agency doesnt have its office in Tumkur, they should open an office in Tumkur for correspondence and interaction with Command Area Development Authority whenever required

In case of the Karnataka Labour Act Minimum Wages Revised and Found to be more than 5% above from the Current rate this contract will be cancelled and a new tender will be called, otherwise if the Agency Agreed then the contract will be continue for the remaining period as per the Revised Rates
