Providing and Fixing of Metallic Colour Sheet
Dismantling of all existing old CGI sheets from the godown roofs 02 and stacking these dismantling sheets as per direction of mills management.
Scrapping of old bitumen tar-felt on top of CGI sheets
Supply trapezoidal/corrugated sheeting system in gal valume in colour coating sheet having covered width of 1000 mm (Total width=1060 mm) 35 mm crest at pitch of 250 mm stiffened with 8 mm deep intermittent corrugation sheet be made from base metal having 0.50 mm thickness in steel of grade 345 as per ASTMA792 coated with alloy mass 150 gm total both side with colour coating having complete dip treatment process with chromat conversion (cr+3) as main treatment followed by PV primer 5 Micron on each surface 20 Micron DFT on exposed surface.(Sheets shall be supported with manufacturer’s certificate and coating thickness 0.5 mm)
Fixing of above sheets with necessary self drilling
Supply of ridge/eaves/hips of same material as item no. 01 having total width of 1060 mm crimped curve type /pressed with same profile.
Fixing of ridge/eaves/hips with all necessary joining material inclusive cost of bolts, nuts, washers, sealing material, cutting hole making drop and funnel etc.
