OUTSOURCING THE RESOURCES FOR COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF HT / LT UNDERGROUND CABLE / OVER HEAD ELECTRIC SUPPLY AND ASSETS IN TECH AREA AT AF STN JODHPUR AND AT AF STN TAKAHT SAGAR UNDER GE (AF) JODHPUR

Outsourcing the Maintenance services of ATC Power House and Technical Area Power house (02 Sub Stations) at AF Station Jodhpur as described below for repair/replacement work to External electrification, repair/ maintenance of installations /equipments as per schedule 'A'/BOQ , specification, particular specification, engineering practices including keeping proper day to day records of maintenance activities (to be mentioned in maintenance Record Register) etc complete with following qualified technical staff along with proper tools & kits , safety measures, own conveyance, motor transport and T&P including communication system for personal communication with GE office.

Notes for Srl item No 1.00 :- (a) Contractor shall employ minimum two electrician for outsourcing the services in each shifts of 8 hours each i.e Total six electricians for all three shifts (24 hours) shall be employed.

(b) Material required for repair/rectification of complaints will be measured & paid for separately "as supply only" under respective items of BOQ here in after. If major stores required to complete the job/ breakdowns which are not part of BOQ shall be suplied by the MES.

(c) The contractor will ensure proper functioning all eletrical installation like HT VCB, transformer, LT Panels, voltage stabilizer, , HT/LT cables with joints, GO/DO, all external electric supply works as per site requirement with and including identification of fault in external and internal electric supply as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and providing communication facility for lodging complaint, making complaint slips, recording of daily work done, getting users signature after completing the job card/complaint slips and providing necessary information to Engineer-in-Charge as and when asked for. For all these, the cost shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

(d) Any complaint/Job given by Engineer-in-Charge telephonically and through complain slip other then receiving at service center shall be attended and rectified the defects/complete the job by duty staff without any extra cost.

(e) Arrangement shall be made to attend the complains on holidays & Sunday also the cost of this deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

(f) Cost of fixing/refixing/removing, transport, communication system, uniform all type of tools as required deemed to be included in the unit cost.

(g) Any complaint/job given on a particular day shall be repaired/rectified on same day. The rate of recovery shall be Rs. 75/- per complaint per day for not attending/completing job on same day for Internal Electric Supply and Rs 500/- per complaint per day for not attending/completing job on same day for External Electric Supply.

(h) The rate of recovery in case absence of manpower (electrician) shall be Rs. 975/- per day per shift per electrician.

(j) Complaints need to be attended and rectified within six Hours of receipt. Contractor will liaise, and record receipt of complaints with complaint team members and with centralized complaint cell, rectifie the complaint and obtain rectification certificate from users, including stores handling, accounting receipt all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Daily status of complaint received, rectified and list of pending complaint to be produced to Engineer-in-Charge in a desired format as directed.

(k) Technician of all trades shall be well experienced (minimum 6 to 8 years) in the respective field or ITI qualified with (2 to 3 Years) experience. The supervisor employed by the contractor for this contract shall be diploma holder with sound knowledge of computer and well exeriance of electric services sectors all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(l) All petty small parts required for repair like nuts, bolts, washers, screws, tapes, grease oil/lubricants copper lugs, for connections etc provieded by the contractor and thier cost deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. Location and place of complaint attending team will be as per expected work of maintenance and petty repair to External electrification in different area either building wise or based on type of accommodation all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(m) Contractor will provide all T&P like clamp meter, multimeter, phase rotation indicator meter, 11 KV gloves required for rectification of fault in external and internal electric supply require for attending all external breakdown / electricals complaints.

(n) Dress code shall be used by employee/worker at site and dress will be provided by the contractor showing name of the firm on left pocket of apron used in orange colors. It is mandatory to each employers to provide each worker, failing with 200/- per day shall levied from contractors dues. Please note Engineer-in-Charge shall closely watch and maintain a record of each labour at site.

(o) After each and every repair / replacement testing shall be carried out to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. (p) It will be the responsibility of contractor to make the Sub station & Power house neat , clean and tidy daily to the the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge,more over as and when JE and Engineer-in-Charge asked for Cleaning of substation and installation it will be the responsibility of contractor staff on duty to make it clean.

Manning, operation and maintenance of water supply installation at AF Stn TAKAHT SAGAR in two shifts of eight hours each (total 16 hrs) with one FGM in each shift i.e Total two FGM for all two shifts (hours). FGM will be responsible for following operation and maintenace of plant/machine as under :- (a) Centrifiugal pump set electric driven of cap 20 HP - 02 Nos. (b) DG set capacity 35 KVA - 01 No. NOTE for Srl Item No 4.00 :- a) The contractor shall take over all plant in serviceable condition at time of commencement of contract and shall hand over in the state at the time of by the contract at the time of completion of contract. GE's decision will be final and binding. b) Pumping supply distribution of water as per timing and routing schedule all as directed by engineer-in-change. Regular check shall be carried out for all electrical connection in panels. c) Daily cleaning of all pump setes exposed pipe lines, control valves, LT panels etc complete. d) Daily cleaning of all valve chambers, water drain, footpath and roof/top surfaces of under ground reservoirs. e)The FGM at the shift shall ensure proper receiving of treated water from the PHED and store it in the storage tank. After that pumping it to the Kylana at the top of Hill. (f) The rate of recovery in case absence of manpower shall be Rs 975/- per shift per FGM.

Notes for Srl Item No 4.00 Contd... g) Any trouble shooting while operation shall be rectified on the same day. h) Contractor shall ensure that proper T&P like clamp meter, multimeter, phase rotation indicator meter, 1100 V gloves should be provided to the FGM so that proper functioning of the pump house can be attained. j) Daily cleaning of all rooms viz floor, walls and ceilling fan including internal electrical fixturesf) for entery in main pump house complex, main gate shall always be kepet locked and opened only when required due to any specifice reason. k) for normal coming and going only DSC gate shall be used and the gate always kept closed. l) No unauthorized person shall be allowed to enter in main pump house complex. m) Open space in front of main pump house complex, boundary wall/main gate shall be kept clean and free from any vegetation growth/garbage etc. n) Supply will be opened as and when required. NOTE :- UNDER THIS WHOLE CONTRACT THE CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE FOUR WHEELER MOTOR VEHICLE LIKE TATA MOBILE OR OPEN GYPSY OR ANY OTHER LOADING MOTOR VEHICLE WITH ALLUMINIUM LADDER EXTENDIBLE UPTO 20 FEET AND OTHER T & P FOR DAY TO DAY WORKS , REQUIRED FOR DETECTION AND RECTIFICATION OF FAULT IN EXTERNAL AND INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY AND ALSO REQUIRED FOR ATTENDING ALL EXTERNAL BREAKDOWN /ELECTRICALS COMPLAINTS UNDER THIS CONTRACT.

Supply and fixing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sqmm 3 core as complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Dynamo/Alternator of 24 volt DC output used in DG set for Mahindra 160 KVA .model No Mahindra 160KVA MECH CPCB 11 with all connecting items complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : LUCAS
