EARTH WORK

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge:

CEMENT CONCRETE (CAST IN SITU)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for:

Foundations, footings, bases for columns

FLOORING

Supplying and paving best quality highly compressed exterior grade floor paving tiles in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand).

Re-laying dismantled highly compressed exterior grade floor paving tiles (Eurocon, common wealth or equivalent) over a base coat of cement plastering 1:4, 20mm thick including conveyance of materials(inside campus any where) and chipping,cleaning cement plaster from eurocon tile, labour charges etc.as per the complete instruction from the engineer in charge.

FINISHING

Finishing Floors with premium floor guard (Apex floor guard or equvalent) with Silicone additives of required shade:

Old work (one or more coats applied @ 0.83 ltr/10 sqm).
