Providing service for Transportation of Milk through Insulated Road Milk Tankers between the Mandya District Co-Operative Milk Producers Societies Union to in and around Delhi for a period of one year.

As the distance traveled from Karnataka state to Delhi near by and Inter state cities is long, it is important to transport milk with utmost care while maintaining quality and desired temperatures. Tenderers should have professional experience in milk transportation for minimum 3 years and out of which shall have experience in milk transportation at KMF (Which Includes KMF Units & Unions) for minimum 1 year.

As daily estimated quantity of milk to be transported is around apx 70000 KGS considering 33 KL tankers capacity MANMUL may require 2 Tankers daily with an estimated turnaround time of 7 days, approximately 14 tankers are required per week (Which is excluding 4 standby tankers)

The Tenderer should furnish the information on all past Tender work order and satisfactory performance.

The Road Milk tankers must be of the 2021 & above models incorporating the latest improvements in design.

As in and around Delhi and parts of bordering Delhi city is approximately 2200 to 2500 Kms. from Mandya Milk Union and the journey to and fro is approximately 4500 Kms, the tenderers must have previous experience of transporting milk covering a distance of at least 2000 KMS. (Two way) in their tankers.

Tenderer should have minimum 5 own tankers of 33 KL capacity in his own name, to become eligible to participate in the tender. The Tenderer shall provide remaining number of tankers by any sources as & when MANMUL requires. OWNERS AUTHORIZATION FORM (SECTION VII) shall be submitted along with tender document.

The Vehicles shall have valid RC, Insurance Copy, Transit Insurance, Certificate of Fitness, Goods Permit, State & National Permit, Tax, PAN, FSSAI certificate should furnish with individual tanker, Last two years IT Return, ESI, PF Certificate, TDS Declaration Certificate and other Relevant statutory documents.

Tenderer should provide Vehicles of 33KL Capacity in his own name (5 own tankers in his own name, remaining 9 number of tankers by any sources as & when MANMUL requires through OWNERS AUTHORIZATION may be provided) the same should reflect in the RC of the vehicle to become eligible to participate in the tender. All the milk tankers should be of Karnataka State Registration having valid two-point permit. (Karnataka State Permit) and All India National Permit.

Each and every vehicle participating in the tender must have mentioned Type of Body: Milk Tanker in RC of the respective vehicle RC. Tenderer should provide the same vehicle which is being participating in the tender, no other vehicle shall be accepted or shall be given office order.

Provide relevant documents as per the tender document

The Bidder shall not have been black listed by MANMUL/Milk Unions / others anywhere in India, self-attested declaration shall be submitted in this regard.

Tenderer shall provide the same tankers which are uploaded in the e-portal(Tender) in normal course and tenderer shall obtain NOC from the other Milk UNIONS / KMF Units for participated respective tankers in order to avoid duplication.

Tenderers who are blacklisted in any organization / MANMUL units / unions/ others anywhere in India are not eligible to participate in tender. There Tender will be rejected.
