Material & Labour for cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs or terracing, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3, complete, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for providing and laying 3mm thick APP (atactic polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer weight not less than 3.60 kg /Sqm water proofing membrane black finish reinforced with non woven polyster matt and consisting of a coat bitumious primer @ 0.40 ltr /Sqm by the same membrane manufactures of density 0.87 to 0.89 kg/ltr at 25'C temprature and viscosity 70-160 cps over the primer coat with overlap of 100mm at the at the side and 150mm at the end, the layer membrane shall be laid using butane gas torch and sealing all joints etc after preparing the surface complete as per standred practice as per manufacture's instructions . The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shell be under ;- (i) Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23'C at 650/ 450 N /5 cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 300/250N/5 cms. Softing point of membrane not less then 150'C when tested in accordance with ASTM (d-5147) (iii) The laying of membrane shell be got down through the authorised applicator of manufactures of membrane only complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair over voltage release 230 V, single phase in one module complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S&laying sub main wiring with two run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H,1100 volt grade ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor with one run of 6 sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed cable FRLS-H, 1100 volt grade ISI marked multi stranded copper conductor connected to common earth dolly including concealed on wall and surface on ceiling in PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked of adequate size for housing the wires complete all as specified including taking out of old U/s sub main wiring of any size . Note: Thimble/lugs of rating of MCB should be used with wire for fixing in the MCB.
