Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C. door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150 mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S. square tube, the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S. square tube of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame. The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S. screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer’s specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing factory made panel PVC door shutter consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 19 mm x 19 mm for styles and 15x15 mm for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall have a coat of steel primers of approved make and manufacture. M.S. frame covered with 5 mm thick heat moulded PVC ‘C’ channel of size 30mm thickness, 70 mm width out of which 50 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree angle on both side forming styles and 5 mm thick, 95 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top and bottom rail and 115 mm wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm shall be flat and 20 mm shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top, bottom and lock rails shall be provided both side of the panel. 10 mm (5 mm x 2 ) thick, 20 mm wide cross PVC sheet be provided as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, paneling of 5 mm thick both side PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/ sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm (5 mm+2 mm) thick x 15 mm wide PVC sheet beading on inner side, and joined together with solvent cement adhesive. An additional 5 mm thick PVC strip of 20 mm width is to be stuck on the interior side of the ‘C’ Channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, manufacturer’s specification & drawing.

Providing and fixing fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge, to windows and clerestory windows using stainless steel wire gauge mesh SWG-16x26 of approved quality with nails, & 25x 25mm second class teak wooden beading etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.( The clear inside area of panel shall be measured for payment. The rate includes of all above operations nothing extra shall be paid. )

Providing 6mm thick plain cement sheet on wall and fixing with self drilling fastener/screws and EPDM washers etc. complete, including cutting sheets to size and shape wherever required as per the direction of Engineer in charge.

Repairs to M.S. Rolling shutter -Approx. size up to 3.35mx3.50m by necessary cleaning, oiling and greasing so as to make smooth functioning of shutter. The item includes labour charges for replacement of rusted interlocking M.S. lath section of required size and thickness and replacement of necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength wherever required etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. The cost of labour charges shall be paid under part a) and the cost of materials i.e cost of interlocking M.S. lath section and 27.5cm long wire spring shall be paid under part b).

Labour chrges for repairing including replacement as mentioned above in Item.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm(thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc.,., complete.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed floor tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kgper sqm including pointing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete :

New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade.

Old work (one or more coats)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba, Excavating filled sunken flooring for providing and fixing 100 mm dia. PVC pipe and fittings for making drainage connection to European WC pan including providing PVC Nahni Trap for disposal of water and refilling the same with cement mortar for making good the floor after making drainage connection etc. all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Constructing masonary chokadi 0.08m high with Half brick wall in cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) alround Nahni Trap having inner dimension of 30cm x 30cm so as to prevent spread of soil water on floor and finshing with cement plaster 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) including hacking of floor/dismantling of tile as required etc. all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge. The Item includes cost of necessary materials, labours, Tools & plants, etc. to complete the Job.

Cleaning of Toilets with washing powder/liquid including removing of dust, dirt, stains, etc. on walls, floors, etc. and repairing of leakage of water supply and sanitary fittings etc. including servicing to make workable, repairs to door shutter with necessary cutting /chiseling so as to make door closed properly including servicing, refixing of loose door & window fittings etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. The Item includes necessary materials like washing powder/liquid, washers, teflon Tap, screws, spindle, white cement, solution, M-seal, etc. required to repair the water supply and sanitry fittings, necessary Tools & plants, scaffolding like ladder etc. and labours to complete the Job. Nothing shall be paid extra in respect to complete the Job.

Repairs to leakage of S.C.I. soil pipe of any dia. on walls/ in walls at height up to floor Five level by rodding with jute balls/ removal of blockage of joints by opening Joint bend/Tee access to clean the blockage of soil pipe and fittings or by removing blockage by making punture and repairing of puntured S.C.I. pipe by replacing with PVC soil pipe up to 2 feet length and fittings if required including necessary dismantling, cutting, and making good the walls , floors, chhajjas etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge. The item includes necessary materials, labours, scaffolding, Tool & plants, insurance etc. to complete the Job.

Cleaning chocked Nahni Trap including soil pipe line of any dia including bailing out water, removing night soil and sludge by using split bamboo, making puncture in soil pipe and sealing the same after removal of chaukage and making smooth flow of water clear to the Manhole etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. The item includes necessary dismantling of floor tile and making puncture in soil pipe to remove chokage, sealing of puncture and making floor good etc. complete. The rate shall be inclusive of material costs, labour charges, tools and plants, equipments and incidentals all complete and nothing extra shall be paid on any account unless otherwise specifically mentioned in the item.

Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead :
