WBM ROAD / CONCRETE BREAKING: WBM Road/concrete breaking for cable trenches including required shoring strutting etc., and repairing of the road/dyke to original condition and disposing off excess materials (within the work site) job complete in all respects inclu ding the cost of labour, tools, materials, load, lift hire charges of equipments, if any, complete as per drawings, specification and directions of Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge.

EARTH STRIP / WIRE / ROPE / CABLE - EARTH STRIP / WIRE / ROPE / CABLE - Supply, installing and testing of earthing strip/wire/rope/c able for completely making the earthing grid system by supplying, laying the GI / Cu strip and making all the necessary welding join ts, connecting to the earthing electrodes and existing earthing grid etc., complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of the Site engineer/Engineer-in-charge, including the cost of all labour, tools, materials, etc. complete in all respect:50mm X 6mm G.I. earthing strip

SHIFTING OF TRANSFORMER: SHIFTING OF 500- 1600 KVA TRANSFORMER Disconnection, dismantelling, removal, loading / unloading of 500-1600 KVA Transformer (6.6 KV/11 KV)/ 0.433 KV, (outdoor type -ONAN cooled) from existing TR room, at same location to another TR room / store in the same premises (aprox 1 km apart) Job complete in all respect including cost of all labour, tools and materials and all services rendered complete, as per directions of the Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge.

TRANSFORMER: Installation, testing and commissioning of owner supplied (outdoor type -ONAN cooled) transformer of (6.6 KV/11 KV)/0.433KV capacity, casting of foundation block, & erection of transformer over the rail and foundation channels, including transporting, unpacking, rigging, aligning, levelling, grouting, assembling, fitting and fixing all accessories/instruments/ relays etc. supplied separately if any,etc., making all the interconnections & termination of all power (HT / LT) cables, control cables / busbar etc. as per drawings, including earthing/grounding of transformer neutral as per drawing, equipments needed to completely install and commission the transformer Job complete in all respect including cost of all labour, tools and materials and all services rendered complete, as per the drawings and directions of the Site Engineer / Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, installation, testing of Earthing system consisting of 3 earth pits of perforated GI pipes earthing electrodes and copper plate terminal block including construction of chamber using cement concrete with earthing pit cover and frame, supply of charcoal, sa lt etc including supply of interconnecting cables / strips including necessary welding etc complete as drawings, specifications and directions of the site engineer, including cost of tools, materials etc complete in all respects as per drawing. The job shall also include testing of each earth pit and the entire earthing system on whole. (EA means set of 3 earth pit grid.)

All works relating to statutory approvals of the installation from competent authority like Electrical Inspectorate, CEA, DGMS, SEB etc. including carrying out of all required modifications in design / Manufacturer / Installation to meet the requirement of Indian Electricity rules and other statutory regulations in force, carrying out necessary paper work and liasion with the authorities to obtain all necessary clearances for charging of installation as per relevant national standards. This is complete for all 03 transformers. However the official fees towards the approvals shall be reimbursed by the client. (EA means complete scope of work for all 3 transformers.)
