Outsourcing of 11 KV receiving station, E/M installation repair and maint and load testing of EOT crane and testing of earthing at Mil Stn Beas and Jandiala Guru under GE Kapurthala

M&L for Servicing , testing,repair and load testing certification of following capacity of cranes including any special T&P required at site all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-(i)Servicing,Testing,repair and load testing certification of cranes to be carried out at MSD Site of 2 ASD by an expert service engineer and necessary load testing certificate to be submitted to Engr-In-Charge duly signed by user by contractor and the certificate shall be submitted to E8 section of GE office by Engineer-in-Charge within 3 days from the issue of certificate whether the RAR is claimed or not. (ii) Item required for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under this schedule (iii)Load of suitable capacity for testing in one shed shall be provided by the Department and be transported to other shed and again brought back to Intial site is contractors responsibility. Rate quoted by contractor shall deemed to include this provision.

Opening the required parts of EOT crane capacity 05/10 Ton for carrying out following repairs/ replacement and reassembling after completion of repair/replacement, testing compete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge:-

(i) Opening the main gear box used for up-down movement(1 No), left-right movement(3 Nos), thrustor(5 Nos) and cleaning the gear box/thrustor, including testing and setting the gears/parts for proper functioning, complete change/toping up the gear box/thrustor with recommended lubricants and hydraulic brake fluid, replacement of worn out gaskets, Greasing the reduction gear, steel rope , motor bearings with grease gun including set-right and lubrication the all other moving parts of the crane checking and tightning of rope clamps. Note: Lubrication oil for gear box/thrustor will be measured & paid seperately.

(ii) Material and labour for replacement of brake shoe liner of the crane all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(iii) M&L for replacement of limit switches with 3&4 contacts in oil tight die cast aluminium housing accurate type with 2 No + 2NC type 3SE 404-OE with normal span action. Make :- Siemens

(iv) M&L for replacement of power contactor with 2 NO (normally open) + 2NC (normally colsed) auxillary contacts, rated curent 25A, 415 volt AC 50HZ with coil 24V DC.

(v) M&L for replacement of power contactor with 2 NO (normally open) + 2NC (normally colsed) auxillary contacts, rated curent 40A, 415 volt AC 50HZ with coil 24V DC.

(vi) M&L for replacement of power contactor with 2 NO (normally open) + 2NC (normally colsed) auxillary contacts, rated curent 63A, 415 volt AC 50HZ with coil 24V DC.

(vii) M&L for replacement of set 3 moveable and 6 fix switcing element with fixing parts for 3 RT14 AC-1 duty power contacter Make : Sieimens .

(viii) M&L for replacement of electronic logic card/PCB electronic circuit control board in electrical control panel of EOT crane complete with components as per existing rating /Values.

(ix) M&L for normal opaque push button green with 1 NO (Normally open) contact block," START" + Red mushroom mainted with 1 NC (noimally colsed) "STOP" part No. 3SB 58-02-8E3 Make :- Siemens.

(x)Supply only Grease for lubrication

(xi) M&L for repair/maintenance of thruster brake shoe drum hydrolic type of EOT crane capacity 5/10 ton for the smooth functioning of brake system

(xii) Supply &install in replacement thruster brake shoe drum for EOT crane of capacity 5/10 ton & testing after instaltion for the smooth functioning of brake system and taking out the old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

(xiii) Opening, taking down the defective flame proof electric motor capacity 7.5 HP from the platform, transportion to workshop cutting and taking out the burnt winding and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge, providing clean insulation, taping,varnishing, replacement of bearings ,re-assembling, transportion and fixing at site including making connection testing and commissioning the complete and all as directed at site..

(xiv) Opening, taking down the defective flame proof electric motor capacity 1 HP from the platform, transportion to workshop cutting and taking out the burnt winding and rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing gauge, providing clean insulation, taping,varnishing, replacement of bearings ,re-assembling, transportion and fixing of site including making connection testing and commissioning the complete and all as directed at site..

(xv) Opening, dismantling and taking down defective FLP/WP electro Hydrolic thrustor with integral motor use on upto 1100 V, 3 PH, 50 Hz with max thrust upto 40 Kg, conducting required repair, including repair/replacement of shaft rode, and taking out the burnt 3 PH motor winding, re-winding the motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of existing guage and reassembling after cleaning and all required repair, filling recommended oil, fixing and making connection, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed at site.

Attending complaints and rectification of electrical and mechanical defects of EOT Crane of capacity 5/10 Ton and testing after complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) The complaint shall be notified to the contractor by Engr-in-Charge or JE E/M telephonically/personnely or by SMS and recorded in the register maintained for the purpose. Contractor shall make necessary arrangement to attend complaint within 24 hrs failing which penalty @ Rs 1000/ day will be recoverd from contractor for not attending complaint within stipulated time frame. (ii) Cost of any minor nature of repair, replacement of petty items such as nuts, bolts, washers, screws, piece of electric cable upto 0.50 metre length etc is deemed included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor. (iii) Any other major items/repair required for rectification shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule.

Note (iv) The Mechanical Engineer having experience of crane work fro 3 years alongwith one ITI fitter pass skilled helper shall be deployed by the contractor to attend the complaints. (v) The Engineer-in-Charge shall submit the report to GE with respect to attendance of complaints within a week whether RAR is claimed/ due or not.

S & F in replacement Steel wire rope for EOT crane 12mm dia 6x36 constn for heavy duty for lifting load confirming to IS 2266 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Steel Guard wire 4mm dia for supporting suspended controll cable from EOT crane to Remote switch unit complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of unserviceable Veriable Frequency Drive(VFD) 15 HP ,3 Ph ,415 V (+/- 10%) and speed regulation 1:100 , Speed control accuracy =/- 0.5 % fo raing sychronous speed and taking out the old unserviceable VFD from existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . Make: Siemens or Equivalent

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Braking resistors sutiable for Veriable Frequency Drive(VFD)15 HP ,3 Ph ,415 V and taking out the old unserviceable braking resistors complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge . Make : Siemens or Equivalent

M & L for taking down unserviceable AC Drive of any capacity/Make, from the crane, transportation to workshop and back, re-fixing, testng and cummissioning complete after necessary repair /replacement of following items as required all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(a) Power Supply card 440 V, 31/35A

(b) VFD IGBT Module

M&L for repair of existing AC Drive A1000 Series, Heavy Duty, Voltage-380-480V, Capacity- 15/18.5KW, Out put Current 31/35 A, suitable for working with 10/5 Ton EOT crane all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge

M&L for replacement of Encoder Euchner PWF-A2-0720B-G Absolutwinkelgeber Drehgeber Encoder with software uploading etc suitable for 10/5 Ton EOT Carne all as specified and diretced by Engr in Charge

Supply & Fixing in replacement of Input /Output interface card (I/O Card) 18 input & 18 out put operating with in built power supply complete all as specifed and directed .

Supply & install in replacement of transformer 440v/110v , 2 KVA and taking out the unserviceable transformer from existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

Supply & Fill Oil for the thustor is transformer oil to IS: 335-1983 (EHV Grade) or equivalent

Supply & Fill Oil Grade EP 140 for gear box model 3510HNG & 320CT

Supply & fill Oil Grade ISO VG220 for gear box Type: G33-10-SN

M&L for hoist rope drum/Guide wire rope casted steel in one piece for guiding the rope on rope drum for 10/5 Ton capacity electric wire rope hoist for flame proof EOT crane.

M&L pendent push button for controlling all motions ie, hoist/micro speed/long travel/ cross travel motions of EOT crane of capacity 10/5 Ton from floor level complete all as specified.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cable / pipes etc and getting out in any type of soil including taking down existing cable protection bricks and store them properly for re use of serviceable bricks and all as directed.

Returning, filling in, any type of soil and spreading in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick including watering and well ramming all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil ( any type of soil obtained from excavation) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Taking out the old bricks Cable cover of any size from existing trench and store serviceable bricks for reuse all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for brick protection using old size sub class ‘B’ new bricks, laid flat dry but jointed, laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Relaying of old serviceable brick obtained from ser item No.23

M & L for sand filling in treanches for cable cushioning with clean dry fine sand unwashed locally available including gently punning around cable complete all a specified and directed.(NOTE :- Punned thickness of sand of 18 cm will be measured and paid)

Taking out old/defective cable of any size/description from trenches /floors /road / wall /pipe/pole and stacking as directed.(Excavation for this item is linked with laying of new cable and shall not be measured / paid separately).

Laying only, old cable (taken down item sl No-27 above) after rectifying defects, testing & commissionong LT Cable of any size, 3.5 core, XLPE/ insulated armoured heavy duty, Electric Cable with aluminium Conductor for working pressure1100 Voltage grade all as specified and as directed by Engr -in -Charge.

M&L for straight through joints (epoxy) for 1100volts grade LT undergropund cable including jointing kit suitable for PVC/XLPE sheathed armoured heavy duty with aluminium conductor cable of 70 sqmm to 300Sqmm 3.5 core cable with all accessories complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning the earth pit by removing mud/soil etc from any type of earth pit, repair/maint of earth pit such as brick/PCC/Plastering work etc as required at site, removing rust from the aluminium/copper strip and taking reading of earth resistance by using good quality earth resistance machine and preparing records complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Earthing with GI galvanized or steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate to a depth not lass than 1.5 metre below normal ground level covered on all sides with alternative layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15 cm thick connected to galvanized earth lead GI strip 32x6mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with protection pipe of GI light grade 50 mm bore from top of the earth plate electrode upto 5.0 metre and watering pipe 20 mm bore, GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate No. 6 of SSR Part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated and testing on completion, including PCC earth pit (in PCC 1:3:6 type) C-2, C.I cover and CI frame,making good the disturbed surface to match the existing surface upto 2 sqm around the earth pit complete with excavation and earth work etc all as specified.

M & L for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required, 32x6mm copper strip.

Outsourcing services for operation/ maintainance of 11KV main receiving Station with one operator (Electrician of Skilled Category) and one helper (Un skilled Category) of industrial person for Main receiving station/sub station to operate HT/LT Equipments installed in MRS/Sub Station & to attend HT/LT faults in 2ASD area round the clock(03 shifts of 08hrs each/day) including sunday/holiday for the following MRS/sub station including to work as per daily orders given and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) 11 KV Main Receiving Station at 2ASD Beas Area -03 Shift/Day Following equipments are installed in receiving stn (i) Gang operating switch -07 Nos (ii) 11 KV 250 MVA indoor control panel VCB – 03 Nos (iii) 11 KV /433 V out door transformer 63 KVA upto 315KVA-06 Nos.

NOTE : (I) Minimum qualification/experiencce for Operator shall be ITI in appropriate field with 4years experience in same field and for unskilled helper minimum 2years experience in same field. Cotractor shall submit necessary documents for the same before commencement of work for each manpower employed by him to Engineer-in-Charge. (ii)Obtaining Security passes and police verification will be responsibility of contractor for manpower emplyed by him (iii)contractor shall provide all tools and safety equipments required for day to day working without any extra cost. (iv)Weekly off will be given to all manpower employed by contractor as per existing state/central govt rules.Provision of reliver for each manpower employed by contractor shall deemed to include in item rate quoted (v)Cleaning of Installation and surrounding area will be responsibilities of manpower employed by contractor and rate quoted for item shall deemed to inlude this provision.

(vi) Necessary logbook/logsheet, duty roaster, attendace register will be maintained by manpower employed by contractor as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. (vii) In Case contractor fails to deploy appropriate staff for any shift/manpower , penalty @ Rs 1500/ shift shall be recovered from the contractor.
