Dismantling of doors, windows and clearstory windows, ventilators etc (wood or steel) shutters complete within all lead and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing pressed steel doors frames manufactured from commercial mild steel sheet of 1.25mm thickness including hinges jump lock jamb, beed and if required angle threshold of mild steel angle of section 50x25mm or base ties of 1.25mm pressed mild steel welded or regidly fixed together by mechanical means, adjustable lugs with split and tails to each jamp including steel but things 2.5mm thick with guards, lock strike plate and shock absorber as specified and applying a coat of approved steel primer after pretreatment of the surface as desired by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & fixing panelled, glazed or panneled & glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows including black cup board etc including Black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 40 mm thick using 2nd class deodar wood as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Applying Priming coat on new wood and wood based surface including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint other than white as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.

Painting two coat (excluding Priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade I/c cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping with readymixed paint other than white as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.

Demolition of 15 mm cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 . ( 1 cement : 6 sand) upto all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

20mm thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick /stone /concrete walls for interior plastering upto floor two level I/c arrises, internal rounded angles, chambers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

6mm thick cement plaster to ceiling in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 sand) as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface two coats to give an even shade I/c throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar, dust and other foreign matter as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand & manufacture & required shade on undecorated wall surface (two coat) to give an even shade after thotooghly brushing the surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powdered materials.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 Sand : 6 Graded stone aggregated 20mm nominal size) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Construction course rubble hammer dressed U shap open surface drain with side wall 15x22 cm in cement motor 1:6 (1 cement:6 sand) and in side plastering with cement plaster 1:3(1cement:3 sand) including earth work and laying 10 cm cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 sand:10 graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size) and 7.5 cm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement:2 sand:4 graded stone agg. 40 mm nominal size) and finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as standred design.

Providing and fixing anodyzed aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolt and nuts screws etc. Complete in all respect (250x16mm)

Providing & fixing aluminum tower bolts (barrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required colour & shade with screws etc. of following size as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing aluminium handles of following size anodized transparent or dyed to required shade with necessary screws.

Providing & fixing MS hooks and eyes 150 mm long as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Providing 40 x 3 mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10 mm dia meters bolts and nuts and wooden plug and embending in cement concrete block 30 x 10 x 15 cm (1:3:6) (1: Cement, 3: Sand, 6: Grade stone agg. 20 mm nominal size) as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Demolition above G.L. upto floor two lavelincluding disposal of unserviceable materials within 20 metres lead and including cutting the necessary reinforcement and separating from R.C.C./R.B. work complete as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying sand layer in foundation and plinth upto all leads and lifts as per the direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1½:3 mix. (1 cement : 1½ : sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation footings bases of columns and the like; and mass concreteas per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Half brick masonry in common burnt clay 2nd class building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lifts.

Providing and fixing base plate suitable for 167 HP pumping machinery complete in all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing laying of Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including wire upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing nut and bolt M16x600 complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
