Surface excavation not exc. 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil all as specified and directed.

M&L hard core of broken stone of gauge n. exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n. exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floor finishing the surfaces fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia as reinforcement complete

M&L for forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 30mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound Grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS rolled section of grade Fe-410-W (Gde - E-250), quality - A (beam, tee, angle channel or flat sections) as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries rails, and fastening and heavy bracket framing including distance pieces, cleats etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L MS rolled section of grade Fe-410-W (Gde - E-250), quality - A Plate girder or single stanchions, built up of one beam or channel section with flange plates, caps, bases. splices, angle brackets, cleats and other connections complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-painted Galvalume aluminium zink coating GI based corrugated / semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof coverings/clading to wall, fixed with self taping screws complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and disposing off the debris out side premises of Dock Yard complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete( un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the debris out side premises of Dock Yard complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of floors finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size / shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;complete

M&L cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, roof kerb or similar work, rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II [ELECTRICAL WORKS]

M&L surface type point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area), PVC insulated, stranded single core unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable drawn through with and including PVC rigid conduit medium grade with all fittings and accessories of PVC conduit (like Tee, bend etc.) complete fixed to walls etc. with and including 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated, unsheathed, stranded, single core copper cable as earth continuity wire connecting to common earth point including supply & fixing of 1.6 mm thick galvanised pressed mild steel terminal boxes of suitable size with 3 mm thick PVC / Plastic laminated sheet. top cover, suitable sizes of brass screws and washers etc. for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc complete for one light / Fan /bazzer point controlled by one one way switches complete all as specified and directed

M & L Ceiling rose, surface type polycarbonate/ PVC three terminals, conforming to IS, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MCB distribution board, IP 43 protection, doubledoor, metal enclosure, TPN 415Volts, 4 way with 200 amp rated bus bar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 220V AC, 50HZ, single pole and neutral sheet metal enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 3 pole 16KA of rating 20 Amps all as specified and directed.

M&L Sub main wiring surface type with two runs of 6.0 sqmm (Nominal area) single core PVC insulated stranded unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable upto and including 1100 V grade drawn through PVC rigid conduit with all fittings and accessories of PVC rigid conduit complete fixed to wall / ceiling etc incl one run of 6.0 sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated stranded unsheathed FRLS copper conductor as earth wire and duly connected to common earth point complete all as specified and directed. (Note :-(i) PVC rigid conduit with all fittings/accessories shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Two runs of 6.0 sqmm single core cable, one run of 6.0 sqmm earth continuity wire to be measured as one length

Supply & fixing 25 mm dia medium grade PVC rigid conduit with all fittings and accessories of PVC conduit (like Tee, bend etc.) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or fixing or passing through pipes or fixed to wall/pole 1100 volts grade PVC/ XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cables (conforming to IS :1554(Part- I) / IS 7098 (Part- I)with aluminium conductor of cross sectional area 35 Sqmm 4core complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m. wide and n. exc. 1.5 m. in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pire holes, etc. n. exc. 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5 m. in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil exceeding 1.50 Km but not exceeding 5 Km and depositing out side dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for sand cushioning for protection of cables (below, above and around the cable laid in trenches) complete using clean, dry sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying well burnt bricks sub class 'B' laid breadthwise along length of cable in trenches after sand cushioning laid for underground cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for galvanised steel tube 50 mm bore light grade laying in trenches or fixed to wall floor etc. with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 type (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanised iron or steel earth lead MS flat 32 x 6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, earth wire protected by galvanised iron pipe 50 mm dia (light grade) and connected to main switch board or main control panel as directed and as specified including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pre-cast RCC cover slab 5 cm thick of size as shown reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT / deformed bars 100 mm c/c both ways including one handle made of 12 mm dia MS bars of length 500 mm, funnel, wiremesh 20 mm bore galvanised iron pipe medium grade for watering, charcoal and salt in alternate layers including necessary earth work complete all as shown in elect plate No. 3 of SSR Part I, all as directed.
