OD28570/2026-2027:Dismantling the existing valley gutters from the existing roof structure, including removal of old fasteners and disposal of dismantled material within 50m of lead.

OD39589/2026-2027:Dismantling and re fixing the existing roofing sheet for fixing the valley sheet 0.50 mm (+0.05%), total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns.The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling/self tapping screws of size (5.5x55mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. including all scaffolding charges

OD39585/2026-2027:Providing, fabricating, and fixing valley gutter of required depth using plain G.I. sheet 1.5 mm thick, including cutting, bending, welding, and fixing complete with necessary consumables and labour. The shape of the gutter will be as per the approved drawing of department to prevent overflowing of rainwater.
