Demolition of stone slab and tiles of any description and thickness in floors including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), and rubbish off the premises outside MD land and all as directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles, 9mm to 10mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured / white cement to match laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured joint free non-skid ceramic tiles, 7mm to 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured / white cement to match laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick/stone walls or in ceiling surfaces incl racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing rubbish outside MD land all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on stone masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on stone masonry surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350x250x7mm or 450x350x7mm thick, as in skirting / dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured / white cement to match laid over and including 10 mm thick backing on stone/brick masonry surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings all as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as per manufacturers instructions as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of wall by scrapping down and applying 1mm thick acrylic wall care putty and making the surface smooth and even and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over a coat of wall primer (water or solvent thinnable) and all as specified and as directed.

M&L for washing rubbing down and stopping of previously distempered surfaces of wall and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying a coat of acrylic wall putty for making the surface smooth and even and applying one coat of wall primer(water thinnable/solvent thinnable), applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper by approved applicator of the manufacturer of the paint and all as specified and as approved all as specified and directed.

M&L complete removal of existing old treatment from wall surfaces by scapping down and applying 1mm thick of acrylic wall care putty for making the surface smooth and even and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, alkali and fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of approved shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre per 10 sqm over a coat of exterior primer @ 0.90 litre per 10sqm all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying 1mm thick of acrylic wall care putty for making the surface smooth and even and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489-2004, alkali and fungal resistance , dirt resistance exterior paint of approved shade with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre per 10 sqm over a coat of exterior primer @ 0.90 litre per 10sqm all as specified and directed.
