Earthwork in excavation in all types of strata comprising any of the materials such as soil,silt ,sand,clay gravels moorum of all vairation shingles pebbles all types of conglomerate laterite rock ,soft rock ordinary rock,integrated rock,fissured ,shattered decomposed rock all such other materials as described under appendix to those specification with or in full or in part as the case may be convient of blasting prohibited desilting wedging etc. in all condition etc, in foundation as directed by the engineer –in –charge etc.,all complete in earthwork in excavation over areas including lift upto 1.50m getting out the surplus soil and disposal of it within a lead of 50m including providing barricading ,danger lighting guarding as directed by department etc.complete.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded granitic orbasaltic stone aggrt. 20 mm. nominal size) excluding cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in: a)All works upto plinth level

b)In retaining walls , return walls(any thk) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets etc, upto floor five level.

Providing and laying in position (1:11/2:3) Reinforced cement conrete excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinfrocement (1 cement: 1½ coarse sand:3 graded stone agg 20mm nominal size) c)In beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope upto 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases upto floor five level

Centering and shuttering including struttings,propping etc. and removal of formwork for : a)Foundations, footings, bases for columns and mass concrete.

b)vertical surfaces such as retaining walls , return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, etc.

Centering & shuttering including Strutting, Propping & removal of forms for : xiii) Suspended floors, roofs landings, shelves & their supports

Providing High yield strength steel reinforcement bar (HYSD)/TMT steel reinforcement bar from secondary producers (Confirming to IS 1786 of 1986) for RCC work including bending, binding & placing in position in all the floors along with the factory made precast concrete cover blocks of specified sizes whose compressive strength is not less than that of surrounding concrete in the structural member.

Providing and fixing weepholes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall,wing wall and earth retaining structures complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. B)75mm dia

12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and fixing 40 mm dia G.I. Pipe railing in 3 rows complete with G.I. Fittings incl. Painting of pipes and fittings with white paint of approved quality incl. A priming coat with a ready mixed primer for new works incl. Providing R.C.C. 1:2:4 rail posts of size 0.15 x 0.15 x 1.00 M with base of 0.25 x 0.25 x 0.3 m at every 2 mts intervals and double rail post with a bar drawings inclusive of cost of reinforcement etc. all complete including white wash washing of rail posts etc. all complete.

Refilling the pipeline/foundation trenches plinth sides, foundation etc. with available excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm depth consolidating each layer ramming and watering lead upto 50 M and all lifts and disposal of surplus earth as directed by Engineer in Charge.
