Maintenance Contract of Nidec-ASI Eqpts.

Deputation Charges for Nidec-ASI Expert per day (8 Hours): The unit of measurement 'DAY' represents expert service charges per man day for 8 hrs working in week days (Monday-Friday) as per tender terms and conditions. Man-day charges shall be paid on the basis of actual days for which Services are rendered plus a journey period from Nidec ASI work place/ home to IOCL Barauni Refinery site and Back. Note: Rate of Indian Engineers(Representatives of M/s Control Technique India) will be charged at 50% rate for this Line item.

Extra Working Hours (Beyond Normal 8 Hours/day): The unit of measurement 'HR' represents charges per hour beyond normal working 8 hrs in a day and before 8 PM (except saturday & sunday ) for the above mentioned job as per tender terms and conditions & Shall be paid as per actuals. Note: Rate of Indian Engineers(Representatives of M/s Control Technique India) will be charged at 50% rate for this Line item.

Sunday/Holiday/Night Hour working: The unit of measurement 'HR' represents charges per hour for the above mentioned job on Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday or after 8 PM on working day(Monday-Friday) as per tender terms and conditions. Payment shall be done as per actual Hours of working. Note: Rate of Indian Engineers (Representatives of M/s Control Technique India) will be charged at 50% rate for this Line item.

To & Fro Air Travel Economy Class from (Italy) to Patna: The unit of measurement 'LS' represents charges in lump sum amount for Actual cost of fare with travel time/standby time/idle time charges + Extra 10% on economy class ticket as mentioned above as per tender terms and conditions but limited to maximum of quoted amount per visit Note: Rail/Bus/Flight charges for Indian Engineers(Representatives of M/s Control Technique India) to Patna will be charged as per actual.

Local Conveyance @ Italy + 10% extra: Local conveyance charges + 10% extra for OEM expert travelling to airport from works/home in Italy and shall be paid as per actuals + 10% extra on submission of documents but limited to maximum of quoted amount Note: Taxi charges for Indian Engineers (Representatives of M/s Control Technique India) from Home/Office to Airport/Railway Station/Bus Station will be charged as per actual.

Accomodation charges per day per engineer: Hotel charges which includes Lodging,Boarding,Fooding etc. for stay at a nearby place to IOCL site will be paid against documentary evidence but limited to maximum of quoted amount per day.

Local transportation charges: The Lumpsum amount incurred per visit towards to & Fro Local transporation expenses from hotel to Barauni refinery and back to hotel by car including amount incurred per visit towards to and fro transportation expenses from Patna airport to Begusarai and back.Payment will be made against documentary evidence but limited to maximum of quoted amount per visit.

Technical support & phone assistance: The unit of measurement 'YR' represents charges per one year, for the above mentioned job as per tender terms and conditions.Quaterly charges shall be paid after contract signature.
