Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan), including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, back filling around foundations in layers not excedding 20 cm in depth, consoildating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, including for extra rate of quantities of work in or under water/ or liquid mud including of pumping of water as required as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 (1 ordinary portland cement of 43grade : 2 Coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate using 20 mm nominal size) grade Plain cement concrete for pavement works upto plinth level with ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1/ Jaypee cement of OPC 43 grade, using cementious content as 320 kg with cement flyash ratio of 60:40 (60% cement : 40% fly ash, flyash available free of cost at silo area in plant site but transporting by contractor) minimum cement content excluding fly ash should be 192kg/cum, including transportation, finishing, compacting, levelling, curing etc. ,excluding the cost of centering/ shuttering, making openings wherever required,all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Centring and shuttering inlcuding strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters,butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Providing, laying and fixing in position TMT reinforcement bars of SAIL/ VIZAG/ TATA/ JINDAL for RCC works, including cost of supplying, cutting, bending, transporting, erecting, binding with 16 gauge MS annealed wire, cement mortar spacer blocks etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying in position 1:1.5:3 (1 Cement : 1.5 Coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate using 20 mm nominal size) grade Reinforced cement concrete for all the works with ACC/ Ultratech/ Birla A1/ Jaypee cement of OPC 43 grade, using cementious content as 400 kg with cement fly ash ratio of 80:20 (80% cement : 20% fly ash, fly ash available free of cost at plant but transporting by contractor) minimum cement content excluding fly ash should be 320kg/cum, including transportation, finishing, compacting, leveling, curing etc excluding the cost of centering ,shuttering & reinforcement which will be paid separately under relevant item etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
