2. Gas Chromatograph- Interface
3. The GC must have all features to provide easy accessibility to the GC and immediate
interactions with it, such as carrier gas velocity determination, column evaluation etc. System must have the facility to replace the column without breaking the vacuum.

6. Oven:-
(a) The column oven should have an operating range from ambient+4°C to 400°C or better

8260; fully compatible with the GC-MS system and GC column provided for VOC application, with all required software and accessories for seamless operation and control for the intended applications.

20. Performance Specifications using octafluoronaphthalene (OFN)
(a) IDL should be less than or equal to 0.5 fg. Vendor need to demonstrate IDL at the
time of installation, so reference specs are not acceptable.
(b) Full scan and SIM sensitivity must be adequate for the application requirement
mentioned. This should be demonstrated.

22. Must perform IQ/OQ/PQ of the system on installation to the satisfaction of customer
23. Accessories:-

24. Local accessories
(a) All required gas: 2 cylinders each with suitable regulator
(b) UPS:- 10 Kva UPS with 1 hour back up.
(c) Computer System:-
Latest branded PC compatible with GC with 19’’ LED monitor with Monochrome laser Printer.
(d) Suitable table needed to place the equipment and accessories should be provided.
(e) 2 nos of AC should be provided in the equipment room.
25. Warranty : 5 years service and replaceable warranty for components.
26. Training: 3 training of 5 days each to the user for the mentioned applications must be provided. This training include hands on and in depth training on the operation and the maintenance of the system as well a specific s application training by application specialist.
