Providing and laying design mix M-20 (twenty) grade of cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated with minimum cement contents of 320 Kg/cum (three hundred twenty kilogram per cubic metre) with graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:

Foundation footing, bases of columns and the like mass concrete upto floor all level including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Walls any thickness but not less than 0.10mtrs. Second class brick work using common burnt clay building bricks of approved kiln in foundation and super structure above plinth level upto floor all level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including curing complete and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 40mm (forty millimeter) thick second class deodar wood wire gauge shutters using galvanized MS wire gauge of IS gauge designation 85g (Eighty five) gauge with wire of diameter 0.56mm (zero point five six millimeter) for doors, windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick prelaminated board both side bwp phenol bounded exterior/interior grade shutters with frame of first class deodar wood for cup board including nickal plated bright finished piano hinges 25mm (twenty five millimetre) thick frame including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 10 mm (ten millimetre) thick antiskid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles of approved specification/make/ brand 600x600mm (six hundred into six hundred millimetre) matt finish manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landing laid on a bed of 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortor 1:3 (one cement :three sand ) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete as per spacification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 8mm (eight millimetre) thick Duro stone vetrified tiles 300x300 mm (three hundred into three hundred millimetre) with matt finish in skirting 10mm (ten millimetre) (average) thickness base of 12mm (twalve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) laid over jointed with gray cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade in all floor of tiles as required complete as per specification including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying marble works (table rubbed and polished) in flooring 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick base in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) including jointing with cement mortar 1:2 (one white cement : two marble dust) with an admixture of pigment to match the shade of the marble 20mm (twenty millimetre) thick white makrana marble upto all floor level as per design and drawing as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges complete in all respect

Providing and fixing moulded hand rail of M.S. hollow pipe 50mm (fifty millimetre) diametre welded in straight length over M.S. flat at top of vertical ballusters including one coat of red oxide priming coat complete (M.S. flat & ballusters of railing shall be measured & paid separately ) as per specifications and design including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying Birla White wall care putty over plaster surface after thoroughly brushing the suface free from mortar drops, dust, loose materials and other foreign matters sand papered smooth to give final matter finish to the suface complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to other than white brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter, sand papering and knotting with ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surfaces, with ready mixed paint other than white to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equarlied on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt and other foreign matter etcetera including sand paper smooth complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

6mm (six millimeter) thick cement plaster to ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) including curing and carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto floor all level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (eighty millimetre) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement : six sand) including complete carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated concrete/stone/plastered wall surfaces to give an even shade including thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar dropping and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth including applying of putty a required for making the surface complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Water Supply and Sanitary Installation:- Providing and fixing Vitreous China wash down, water closet (European type W.C. pan) with integral “P” or “S” trap including jointing the trap with soil pipe in cement mortar 1:1 (one cement :one sand) (seat and cover to be measured and paid for separately) Anglo Indian Universal Closet complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing PTMT Coloured/ white high density polyethylene / poly propylene 10 (ten) litres capacity (full flush) European standard control low level flushing cistern with fitting with a pair of brackets with fittings such as lead valve syphon, 15mm (fifteen millimetre) nominal size PVC ball valve with polythene float, with push button, couplings for connections with inlet, outlet and over flow pipe, 40mm (forty millimetre) diametre C.P. flush bend including cutting holes in walls and making good the same and connecting the flush bend with cistern and closet (over flow pipe to be measured and paid for separately) complete in all respect including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
