Construction of sports courts

Leveling, watering and consolidating the external surface areas with proper slope and cuttings around the existing Boys Hostel 3 & 4 and Dining Block.

Providing and laying of PCC of grade (1:4:8) / M 10 of required thickness well rammed, consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, leveling & dressing &finishing as per the instruction of site in charge.

Preparing court subsurface by filling with suitable approved Gravel brought from outside and laid to correct levels and to required thickness, watering, ramming and consolidating with appropriate equipment to 98% FD, including making good undulations if any and all complete as per the drawings (Consolidated thickness only will be measured and paid) including cost for all materials, labour, lead & lift, machinery etc., complete.

Supplying, laying and placing in position the Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work for Basketball court including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and tying all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D should be used after approval and instructed by the Engineer In charge

Providing and laying 100 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 for Basketball court Flooring including materials, Machinery, Labor, load & lift Centering and shuttering charges, curing, smooth finishing with power trowel to receive synthetic acrylic painting as instructed by Engineer – in – charge. The concrete should be laid in panels as approved and the cost should include preparing and finishing the expansion joints with suitable approved sealants.

Supplying & fixing of Basket Ball goal post made of MS circular pipe with transparent acrylic back board with hoop and with suitable RCC foundation as per the manufacturers recommendations, including cost of foundation bolts, painting with suitable colour, lead & lift, labor charges, tools & plants, transport charges, incidental charges if any complete as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-charge (Refer the attached photograph of existing Basketball Goal posts in the IIITS Campus)

Supplying & fixing of standard size and paint finished Volleyball net posts (pair), including manufacturer recommended foundation, including cost of bolts, standard Play Net 1 No., lead & lift, labor charges, tools & plants, transport charges, incidental charges if any complete as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and laying of 5core x 6 sq mm copper flexible cable with suitable size PVC trunking from the power source to the light panel as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, termination, tools & plants etc, complete as instructed by the Engineer In charge

Supplying and laying of 3core x2.5 sq mm copper flexible cable with suitable size PVC truncking / PVC pipe from the light panel to the LED light points as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, termination, tools & plants etc, complete as instructed by the Engineer In charge

Supplying, Fixing & Testing of 200 W LED Flood lights for Basketball court & Volleyball Court lighting, including cost of all materials, wires, tools & plants etc, complete as instructed by the Engineer In charge.
