Taking down existing ceiling fan / exhaust fan of any size, sweep and make from its position and doing complete overhauling of fan including replacement of fan clamp , split pin, rubber bush, fan capacitor of 2.5mfd, bearings and Rewinding of ceiling fan motor with super enameled copper wire of appropriate gauge and other spares including painting with synthetic enamel paint over a paint of primer refixing the same after repairs complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. .

M&L for sub main wiring 2 runs of 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable 1100V grade FRLS single core drawn in and including non metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit not less than 20mm dia including all specials and 4.0 sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for earth continuity conductor including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and make, complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE :- 3 run of 4 sqmm and one run of concealed conduit will be measured as one length i.e RM.)

M&L for sub main wiring 2 runs of 6.0 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed copper cable 1100V grade FRLS single core drawn in and including non metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit not less than 25mm dia including all specials and 6.00sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor for earth continuity conductor including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring of any size and make, complete all as specified and directed. Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10.0 sq mm 2 core, including taking down old unsv XLPE cable of any size and make, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25.0 sq mm 4 core, including taking down old unsv XLPE cable of any size and make, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified

Removing excavated surplus soils meterial not exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for natural river sand as cushioning of cables, including spreading and punning down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note : punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose

Supply and laying in trenches bricks common burnt clay building brick , sub class B designation 75 complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm dia GI steel tubes 'light grade' for cable protection including sealing both ends complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including taking down old perished earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for Taking down ACs of any type (Split/Window) any capacity 2.0/1.5) indoor/outdoor unit complete after disconnecting from supply mains and restoring the refrigerent gas and sealing the copper pipe line, servicing of AC with electrical blower and motor, cleaning with castic soda and soap water to all the parts including evaporator, condenser, grills, etc and checking of all the electrical connections, including replacing of copper pipes of suitable size including insulation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge and refixing the same after necessaary concreat and painting work on walls complete all as specified. Note -(i) It is the responsibility of the contractor to keep the AC units in safe custody during the exicution of work. (ii) Any damaged to existing AC units done during taking down and refixing process has to be beared by the contractor on its own cost and no extra cost is given for this.
