Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and rammingof bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soiland disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :

1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and emoval of form work for :

Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed concrete of design mix M-30 grade for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/ retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 340 kg/cum. Excess/less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neat cement.

Providing and laying waterproofing treatment for RCC water retaining structure. Providing and fixing of 75 mm long 15 NB MS threaded nozzles in grid pattern where ever required and grouting with cement slurry admixed with Non-shrink polymer grout by hand-operated pump under maximum pressure of 2.5 kg/cm2. The grout shall flow through all pores & voids thereby sealing them. Sealing off the Nozzles after the grouting operation is over with QUICK SETTING ADMIXTURE’ admixed with cement wherever required etc. all complete as per manufacturer's specification and as directions of Engineer in Charge.

Providing and fixing C.I. sluice valves (with cap) complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. (the tail pieces if required will be paid separately) :

150 mm diameter Class II

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rocks) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm. in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming & watering, all lifts and leads within the site.

Waterproofing and protection system based on Xolutec™ technology two component membrane for wastewater facilities and harsh chemical environments. • Mechanically prepare the substrate using captive shot blasting, floor plane and/or diamond grinding as required to remove all contamination and provide a clean, sound substrate suitable to receive the product. • Repairs to the substrate and other works must be completed using the appropriate Master Builders Solutions repair products in good time prior to the application. All surfaces to be coated must be sound, firmly fixed, clean, visible dry, smooth and free from voids or protrusions. • Prepared substrate will be primed using MasterSeal P770 (see manufacturer datasheet). • MasterSeal M 790 waterproofing membrane will be hand or spray applied using a brush, a roller or specific spraying equipment (see manufacturer datasheet). • All materials are to be mixed and installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and good site practice.

Cutting holes up to 15x15 cm in R.C.C. floors and roofs for passing drain pipe etc. and repairing the hole after insertion of drain pipe etc. with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including finishing complete. so as to make it leak proof.
