Taking down aluminium shutters of doors, windows/ventilators of any description exc 1 Sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each for refixing the same in the same opening after replacing of unserviceable screws, cleat, rubber packing, aluminum snap beading etc, and tightening and also making surfaces good complete all as specified and as directed. ( Note :- Rate is inclusive of rubber beading, aluminum snap beading, hinges, screws, cleat etc)

S&F in repairs door closer hydraulically ( aluminium extruded section body) regulated, designation No.3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specfied and as directed.

S&F in repairs floor door stopper 140 mm long of aluminium alloy body and tongue, anodized with hard drawn steel spring complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs extruded aluminium alloy handles 150 mm long fabricated type anodized complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 4 mm thick glass of ordinary quality fixed with aluminium beads in squares not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and stick solar control film 50 microns thick on glass panes as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 250 mm long anodized aluminium alloy sliding door bolt with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing away from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing away from site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium powder coated decorative grill of HINDALCO design DG-104 and fixed with steel screws in and including anodized aluminium 'U' shape frame work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Partition walls with panels of 1.44 sqm (appx.) made out of aluminum anodised hollow sections 63.50 x 38.10 x 1.95mm thick ,snap fit beading ,rubber gasket ,5mm thick sheet glass and 12mm thick prelaminated particle board interior grade ,prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing light grey lamination including dismantling the damaged partition complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for aluminium powder coated frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium door shutter with chowkats made out of hollow aluminium sections as mentioned below, each shutter having 2 Nos ‘D’ type aluminium handles of 200mm long 2 Nos aluminium tower bolts of 200mm long and 1 No mortice lock of 6 lever with key in duplicate, regulated by shutter partly glazed with 5mm thick sheet glass and partly panelled with 12mm thick particle board pre-laminated fixed with glazing clips, rubber beadings and aluminium beadings complete all as specified and as directed. S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605mmx605mm using main and cross tee of size 15mm x 15mm 1.5mm ( weight not less than 0.12 kg / Rm) and wall angle of size 40mm x 25mm x 2mm ( weight not less than 0.36 kg / Rm) and perforated board for insulation and accoustic purpose 60cm x 60 cm in size and thickness 5 to 8 mm,fixed with screws to aluminum frame work in ceilings with hanger 4mm dia GI (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceilng cleats made out of GI flat 40x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia 40mm long and dismantling old unserviceable ceiling boards, (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including wooden cover and fillets and removing away from dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish outside dokyard premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type 'B-0' 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured ceramic tiles 7-8mm thick (square/rectanglular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and incl cement screed bed 15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light coloured vitrified ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/rectanglular) area of each tile not exc 0.36 sqm in floor & skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and incl cement screed bed15mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for light shade non skid ceramic tiles 7-8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of PCC flooring (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided (Below or above ground level) and removing debries out side to Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) using SBR latex emulsion @ 4% by weight of cement all as specified on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on existing surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls over 1 mm thick wall care putty, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces on existing ceiling surface and applying two coat of white wash on ceiling over one coat of chalk white, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surfaces on existing on existing wall surface and applying two coat of white wash on wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface and applying one coat of cement based paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old untreated steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Note: The above quoted items are to be executed with proper safety gears and necessary double scaffolding arrangements to carry out the repair works. The rates quoted shall be accordingly considered for all the safety measure, scaffolding, height, lead and lift in the items.
