M&L epoxy cementitious coating for positive side waterproofing of over head RCC OH tank of cap 100000 gallons interior tank walls in two compartments having 20 Metre height, food grade certification by CFTRI Mysore (Govt. Lab) to store potable water, fit for storing portable water, Adhesion strength as per ASTM D 4541: 02 3 MPA, Mixing ratio by weight (Base:Hardener:Filler:Water::17:18:65:20). The Following steps procedure :- (i) Stir the individual Base and Hardener well before use. (ii) Add Hardener into Base under continuous mixing. (iii) In this mix, add Filler under continuous mixing slowly add water (20% by weight) into the above mix under continuous mixing, till you get a homogeneous brushable consistency. (iv) Apply the 1st coat of the above mixture over substrate using a brush and allow it to dry for 4 hours. (v) Apply the 2nd coat of mix perpendicular to 1st coat and allow it to dry for 4 hours. (vi) Allow 7 days for complete drying of applied coating of epoxy.

Note :- Cost of necessary T&P/scafolding incl safety equipments required for painting outside surface of over head tank is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
