Providing and Installation of Pre Fabricated Pseudo PUF Toilet Block along with providing and sinking of required bore wells at NSCBI Airport Kolkata SH Electrical Works

Supply of 7.5 HP (5.6 kW), 3 Phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, rating, vertical Submersible Pump Motor set, discharge capacity minimum 200 LPM, head minimum - 90 mtrs, suitable for DOL operation etc as required as per specification and AAI preferred make list.

ITC of existing (as per BOQ Item No. 1) 7.5 HP Submersible Pump Motor set, including Supply and Laying of 80 mm dia. C class Gl pipe (flange type joints) with necessary sockets, bends, nut-bolts, washer, gasket etc. upto 60Mtr with reducer compatible to distribution outlet, 10 mm double steel wire rope upto 100 mtr . 4 sq.mm X 3 core copper flat cable upto 60 Mtr. including lowring with U clamp, well cover(as per site requirement). NRV and Gate valve, supporting clamps, flange, pressure gauge etc.required.

Supply of 1.1 kV Power Cable with Aluminium Conductor XLPE Insulated Armoured As Per IS‐7098 (Part 1) 2011 with Up To Date Amendments of following sizes

Laying of XLPE power cable of 1.1 kV grade of size upto 95 sq.mm in the following

Direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

In the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

In the existing masonry open duct as required.

On wall surface with proper saddling as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1KV grade as required

Supplying and making straingt through joint with cast resin compound including ferrules and other jointing materials for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply of nominal 75 mm outer dia, PE - 80 grade, PN 10 rated, SDR 11 HDPE Pipe of minimum wall thickness 14.3 mm HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) pipe, conforming to IS 4984:2016 (along with latest amendments) and as directed by Engineer –in-charge.

Laying of above mentioned (as per BOQ item no. 8) HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Supply of 80 mm dia., Class-B, GI pipe conforming to IS:1239 PART-1 (2004)

Laying of 80 mm dia GI pipe (as per BOQ Item No. 10) below the ground (i/c. Road crossing, Cement concrete, Across the Runway / Taxi way/ APRON/ Perimeter Road/ Field) at a depth Not less than 75 cm (For LT Cable) along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. complete as required

Earthing with Gl earth pipe 4.5 mtr Long, 40mm dia i/c all accessories and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate, having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc, with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25mm X 5 mm G.I. strip at 0.50 meter below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/terminating with G.I. nut,bolt, spring, washer etc. as required (Joining shall be by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing & fixing 25 mm. X 5 mm. thick GI strip in 40 mm. dia. G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut,bolt, spring, washer excavation and refilling etc. as reqd.

Providing & laying earth connection from the earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble ex-cavation and re-filling etc. as reqd.

Providing and making masonary inspection chember of size not less than 2000 mm X 2000 mm X 1200 mm. deep (inside) i/c. excavation of soil, 75 mm. flat brick soiling at the bottom 50 mm. base concrete over brick soiling, 250 mm. brick work with cement morter, cement plaster on brick work bottom (only inside surface), providing removable RCC slabs of suitable size on the top of the chamber with providing suitable lifting arrangement etc. complete as reqd.

Supply of vertical Booster Pump Motor sets having Stainless Steel impeller,stainless steel shaft, along with a directly coupled squirrel cage electric induction motor of not less than 3HP, 2900 RPM, suitable for operation of 415Volt +10%V 50Hz, 3 Phase A.C Supply, water lubricated bearings in all respect as required. Discharge- not less than 58.33 LPM Head - not less than 85 Meter (KSB make MOVITEC VF 4/11-8 pumps or equivalent as per AAI preferred make list suitable for boosting operation at reservoirs inside operational area).

C class Gl pipe (flange type joints) with necessary sockets, bends, nut-bolts, washer, gasket etc. upto 100 Mtr with reducer compatible to distribution outlet, 4 sq.mm X 3 core armoured copper cable upto 100 Mtr. (as per site requirement), NRV and Gate valve, supporting clamps, flange, pressure gauge etc., DOL starter panel/feeder pillar box for controling as required in complete.

Providing and fixing of 100 amps, 4 pole, 25 KA MCCB at existing LT Panel/ACDB/Pillar Box at required locations including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required.
