PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF AIR COMPRESSORS, ROUTINE MAINTENANCE/ FUNCTIONING OF CERTAIN PACKAGE AC AND DUCTABLE AC UNITS AT NAVAL BASE KOCHI

Preventive Monthly maintenance of screw air compressor 600 CFM capacity ELGI 50 single stage Model EL06150 FAB No : 202432 with 110 HP motor, air and oil separator, cooling tower and connected items installed at PEGASUS NAY including the following all as directed and specified by Engineer in Charge for once in every one months( 30 days interval):- (a) Oil change. (b) Pressure switch setting, Tips condition checking. (c) Blow down valve functioning and repair. (d) Setting and checking of safety valves. (e) Electrical current measurement in full & no load. (f) Leakage test in joints. (g) Oil leak checking. (h) Oil filters check. (j) Functioning and repair of control systems. (k) Testing of condition of coupling element. (l) Functioning and repair of mechanical valves. (m) Checking and repair PLC/Gauges. (n) Checking of separator or pre separator and repair. (o) servicing of LT electric panel board of compressor. Note:- Major spares for replacement will be measured and paid separately under relevant items here in after but cost of labour for replacement shall be deemed included in the quoted rate.

Supply only Tank gasket ST 1.

Supply only Bearing oil filter.

Supply only Main oil filter element.

Supply only Air filter element.

Supply only Air Lube oil 20 Litre.

Supply only Separator primary element and secondary.

Supply and replacement of capacitor for package type of capacity 5.5 to 17.5TR as suitable for existing plant complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing in replacement of digital microprocessor control panels for package AC Units as suitable and fitting for existing model of VLRP type range 6/5/4 Make: Blue star/Soft hard or equivalent

Supply and replacement scroll type sealed compressor of capacity up to 8.75 TR 3 phase 415V including removing the existing unserviceable compressor with alteration to existing connections including refrigerant charging of suitable refrigerant up to working pressure as required complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for Monthly servicing the ODU + IDU of Package type /Ductable AC of capacity up to 5.5 TR for AC condenser including cleaning of filter cleaning ,air blower cleaning ,condenser coil and fins clean with solvent material by using pressure water pump, replacement of transformer, greasing of blowers servicing fan motor etc complete and all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No 12 But capacity of Package type /Ductable AC 7.5 TR to 8.75 TR, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

All as per Item No 12 But capacity of Package type /Ductable AC 10.00 TR and Above capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Supply and fixing of Hard PVC drain piping. Drain Piping 40 mm up to drain disposal area with nitrile rubber insulation complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacing of liquid line dryer of capacity 5.5 TR to 8.75 TR Make : CatchAll/Indfoss/Danfoss

Material & Labour for replacement of motor bearing, pillow block bearing, blower shaft re-metaling, polishing and reassembling upto capacity of Air blower 6600 CFM complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supply and replacement scroll type sealed compressor of capacity up to 5.5 TR 3 phase 415V including removing the existing unserviceable compressor with alteration to existing connections including refrigerant charging of suitable refrigerant up to working pressure as required complete all as directed.

Supply and replacement of blower unit complete assembly (excluding fan motor) with base frame, belts etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of expansion valves in indoor units of capacity not less than 7.5 TR all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of drier filter in indoor units of capacity 8.75 TR and above all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of pre filters and suitable canvas cloth for connection between indoor unit to plenum duct projection branches for existing indoor units complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of V belt A series suitable for existing Package AC, indoor units. Make: Fenner

Supply and replacement of V belt B series suitable for existing Package AC, indoor units Make: Fenner

Supply and charging Refrigerant Gas R 22 in sealed cylinder including leak testing by using nitrogen gas all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Note :- 1.Nitrogen will be measured and paid separately. 2.Empty cylinder will returned to contractor after usage.

Supply and replace fan blade for condenser motor suitable upto 1 HP 3 phase 415V motor all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material & Labour for dismantling of Package AC condenser fan motor three phase 415 V up to 1 HP taking out of bearing re-metaling the bearing housing, grinding, turning to the required size, cleaning of stator, including rewinding with same gauge copper insulated wire, varnishing, drying, re-assembling the motor to bring in original state including fixing on the foundation all as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Material & Labour for attending day to day complaints pertains to various package AC plant of any capacity up to 8.75 TR as and when required by Ref-Mech/Electrician and helper , with necessary T&P for checking the equipment at existing location, find out the faults to the equipments (including replacement of minor parts such as decarbonizing, tightening of control cable terminations, cable glands, and end termination, repairing of defective contactors ,push switches, MCBs or any other defective spares crimping of lugs, fuses, wires, nuts, bolts, washers etc) complete and rectification of minor problems to make the plant functional in all respect all as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge.

Ditto All As per item No 28, But capacity of Package AC Units having 8.75 TR to 16 TR Capacity.

Amount of Credit Schedule shall be deducted to arrive the Contract Sum.
