Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cmdeep and averaging15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and directed

Excavation over areas not exceeding 1.50m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete in foundation, filling and mass concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Reinforcement using High Strength Corrosion Resistant Deformed TMT Bars of Grade Fe–500D of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping, hooking ends and binding with annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips or welded complete all as specified.

Use and waste of Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter etc. all as specified and directed

M&L for Rinforced cement concrete M-30 (with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) design mix concrete for Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs,under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of Form work to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rinforced cement concrete M-30 Design mix (using 20mm graded stone aggregate)as in Walls, retaining walls,basement walls,ballast walls and the like;any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation new wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint paint over new surface of wall exc 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described over one coat of alkai resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or floors as spout and as in weep wheels of retaining wall completed as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding25cm thick with soils completeall as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exc50m and depositing where directed at a level n n.exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
