Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 cum and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix structural steel work in square/rectangular hollow sections including special shaped washer of 6mm thick MS sheeting etc, cutting, welding, bending in shape using hollow sections of YST 310 grade conforming to IS - 4923 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surface and applying two coats of synthentic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing pre-colour coated high tensile strength galvalume sheet roofing with yield strength (550 MPA) prepainted with aluminium (55%) and zinc (45%) alloy coating applied through continous hot dip process having tatal coated thickness (TCT) of 0.50mm with minimum coating mass on both sides @ 150gms/sqm in length and width as per site condition fixed with complete acessories as per manufacturer's instructions through specialist agency complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concret 1:3:6 type C-2, 75mm thickness using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub bases and pavings complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size of 80mm thickness M-40 grade conforming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, compacted with mechanical surface vibrator and with scratch proof lacquer coating on top surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs 2mm thick plain multicavity poly carbonate sheet (coloured) in roof covering, fixed with and including aluminium fillets at joints and aluminium angles at the end fixed with self drilled screws and standard fittings, fixtures and accessories complete all as specified and as per manufactures instructions all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix PVC rain water pipes of 110mm dia vertically fixed to wall/cladding using MS clamps complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: MS clamps shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix PVC(SWR) half pipes trapezoidal shape rain water gutter 150mm at top and 110mm at bottom width complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix PVC pipe (SWR) single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint 110mm dia fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm bore dia with access door complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix PVC (SWR) drop end suitable 110mm bore half round PVC rain water valley guttercomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix PVC (SWR) stop end suitable 110mm bore half round PVC rain water valley guttercomplete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel clamps made out of 50mmx5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stay including necessary nut and bolts and securing ends of stay to wall or roof suitable for 110mm dia pipe and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
