SCHEDULE 'A'

Excavation over area not exceeding 1.50 Metre deep and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Metre wide & not exceeding 1.5 Metre depth and getting out Hard /dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soft/disintegrated rock, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated soil exceeding 500 Metre and not exceeding 1.50 Km depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour broken stone or boulders Hardcore of gauge exceeding 63mm but not exceeding 100mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for 75mm thick Plain Cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for 80mm thick M-40 Grade Machine pressed precast concrete paver block of any colour any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with grey cement and pigment, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for 50mm thick Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour 40 mm thick (measured solid) ready made reinforced precast cement concrete type B-0 (1:2:4, 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) louvres and jallies, set in Cement Mortar 1:4, including all mouldings, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Contractors are advised to visit the samples held in the office, before submitting tender.

Material & labour for Ready made ornamental Precast reinforced cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) designer pillars (Size- 100 x 100 x 900 mm) having groove on two faces, for fixing louvres and jallies, set in Cement Mortar 1:4 on compound wall, complete all as approved and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The design of pillar, shall be got approved before bulk procurement . The tenders are advised to visit the site for sample.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for Porbandar stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for granules textured homogeneous wall finishing consisting of of a two component system of Dry Granules (25 Kgs per pack) made of 92% silica Particles coated with fade resisteant pigments, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kgs per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating between 0.8mm -1.2mm on a cured, smooth level plaster without keying, as per the shades/combinations approved, to be applied by and approved applicator of the manufacturer, as per the directions/supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge. The above textured coating should confirm to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476 : Part 7 : 1971 and pull off strength of the coating meet JISA 6909 on smooth plastered surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltrs and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm all as per the manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in coping, bed block benching, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamferred on edges including necessary form work/moulds, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material & labour for providing precast cement concrete solid building blocks or slabs 10cm thick, type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) (with plain or interlocking joints as directed) setting in Cement Mortar 1:4, as in Kerb stone, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing anodised aluminium snap grid framed (size 605mm x 605mm) work for false ceiling and including hangers 6mm dia G.I (upto 1200mm long) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs / purlin / rafter with the help of cleats made out of G.I flat 40mm x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastener 12.5mm dia 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing flase ceiling with gypsum board, perforated type, and acoustic purpose, factory made matt finish surface, 600mm x 600mm in size and 12mm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing solid PVC wall lining consisting of 5mm thick plain / preleam colour PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement and fixing at site on wall as per specifications, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixing Galvanised tube medium grade of tube including fittings, screwing, cutting, welding, soldering, drilling as required in any position and description in including special shaped washer etc., complete using ERW (electric run welded) or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St-240 complete fabrication, erection and all as specified and directed factory moulded and fixed at height upto 10 Metre etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
