PART-I : B/R PORTION

Excavation in tenches n.exc 1.5M wide and n.exc 1.5 m width for foundation ,etc or for shats,wells,cesspits,manholes,pier holes etc of soft /loose soil, complete all as specified and directed. [Total : Qty : 29.40 (Part-I) + 10.80 (Part-III) + 4.0 (Part-IV)]

M&L Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC M 25 design mix using 20 mm graded aggregate as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete all as specified and directed.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing clips etc, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.04 above but for 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia as in stirrups, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft /loose soil, , complete all as specified and directed. [Total Qty : 18.30 (Part-I) + 7.09(Part-III) + 3.5 (Part-IV)]

Removing excavated soil not exc 50 m and depositing where direcred at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point, , complete all as specified and directed. [Total Qty : 11.10 (Part-I) + 3.71(Part-III) + 0.5 (Part-IV)]

M&L Good Earth filling under floor including spreading levelling in layers n.exc 25 cm thick and well ramming including watering as requried, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Quality of Good Earth for filling under floor shall be approved by AGE (I) before filling in writing]

M&L hard core of broken stone boulder exc 63 mm but n.exc 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rolled / rammed to a true surface, , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring in bays and finished the concrete surface even and smooth using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick and 38 mm wide inserted in position, conforming to design, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection etc surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to sides of rough finished surfaces of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork rough finished flat surfaces to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement Mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in Cement Mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick masonry/conc surface and finished the even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F sheet glass 4 mm thick ordinary quality glazing with metal frame in square n.exc 0.5 sqm in each panes, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS plates confirming to Fe 290, Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS roof truss (framed), purlins, posts, cranes, gantries, rails, heavy brackets framing (beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces cleat etc (Fe 290, Gde E 165), complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work ((Fe 290, Gde E 165) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel windows with side hung shutters including projecting type hinges with steel handle, and steel peg stay, complete with glazing bars, dovetailed or welded, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel bolts with hexagonal or square head one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut exc 10 cm long n.exc 15 cm long dia metre of neck exceeding 11 to 15 mm complete, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F prepainted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws as specified, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1.25 above but plain sheet, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to wall, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) branch piece (double Y) 110 mm bore equal or unequal, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L & preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall by applyig two coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint of reqd shade applied @1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L & preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces over 10 cm in width or girth and appling two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of aluminium red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L & preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of aluminium red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

PART-II : INTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M & L point wiring using ISI marked 1.1 kV grade two single core FR LSH PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm flexible cable, conforming to IS: 694- 1990, having multi-drawn thin strands of electrolytic copper conductors , conforming to IS: 8130- 1984 and insulation conforming to IS: 5831- 1984, for phase, neutral and earth continuity conductor connecting to earth dolly, drawn in not less than 25 mm NB PVC medium grade ,casing & caping , conforming to IS:14927 (Part 2)- 1983, colour-coded as specified in IS: 11353- 1985, including factory made sunken, galvanized, not less than 1.00 mm thick boxes, 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for light/fan/socket controlled by one switch complete with one 1.5 sqmm FR LSH ,PVC insulated unsheathed multistandard copper conductor 1100 volts grade green colour for earth continuity complete all a specified and directed. NOTE : Circuit wire from DB to switch boards shall be included in the quoted rate. No additional payment will be paid to the contractor for the circuit submain. (a) One light point controlled by one switchwith cables 1.5 mm² size.

All as per item No. 2.01 but for one fan point controlled by one, One-way switch, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2.01 but for one 5 pin 5Amp Socket outlet point on same board with other switches including earth wire, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2.01 but for one 5 pin 5Amp Socket outlet point on independent board, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 2.01 above but with 2.5 Sq.mm (Nominal area), single core, PVC insulated FRLSH and unsheathed stranded FRLSH cable 1100 volts grade, ISI - 694 marked, including PVC insulated stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm single core cable FRLSH as earth and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified for one 15 amps socket outlet point on independent board. [Note:- Making good of disturbed surfaces will be done by contractor without any claims.]

S&F switch Piano, flush type, 5 Amp, single pole, 230 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F multipurpose socket, outlet, 2 in 1, 3 pin 5 amps, flush type, controlled by one switch, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F switch Piano, flush type, 15 Amp, single pole, 230 Volts with neon indicator, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Socket outlet, 2 in 1, 3 pin, 6 and 16 amp, flush type controlled by one switch , complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 6 A, 250 V high quality robust surface/ flush type polycarbonate / PVC ceiling rose, conforming to IS: 371- 1979, having 3 terminals and outside diameter not less than 63.5 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sub main wiring in & including not less than 25 mm NB PVC medium grade ,casing & caping , conforming to IS:14927 (Part 2)- 1983, colour-coded as specified in IS: 11353- 1985 with four single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed cable, 1100 volts, grade having stranded copper conductor of 4.0 sqmm nominal cross sectional area conforming to IS: 694- 1990 each drawn into and all accessories including one single core 4.0 sqmm FRLSH copper conductor for earth continuity conductor connected to earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Four run single core cable, one run of earth conductor and one run of PVC capping cashing/conduit shall be measured as a unit length.

S&F MCB TPN DB 4 way double door with 200 amps rated busbar 415 V, all wire connected MCB with help of lugs, all wire connected with meter is covered with flexible conduit and DB will be fixed concealed/surface with wall neatly etc all as specified. Note -: All blank space of DB should covered by dummy plate.

S & F MCB, four pole of rated capacity 40/63 amps, 415 volts breaking capacity 10 KA, C-curve, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F MCB, Single pole rated capacity 6 to 32 amps, 240 V breaking capacity 10 KA ,C- curve , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F high effiency round highbay in PDC housing 80W single phase 220V LED light suitable for industrial application, the luminaire has efficancy upto 130lm/w to reduce quantity/wattage thereby reducing operational cost with ingress protection of IP66 with additional safty chain and all accessories internally prewired necessary mounting arrangements , complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35 watt LED street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminum housing with toughened glass and high powered individual LEDs with secondary optics, constant current driver with in built protection against lightning ,over voltage & short circuit, IP66 Protection and fixing on 40 mm dia of bracket complete all as specified and directed.

M & L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm size, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to 4.0 mm dia earth lead wire by means of nuts bolts washers etc as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, galvanized iron pipe light grade 15 mm diameter for protection of earthing wire, (To be concealed in wall/floor) connected to earthing test point, all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part I. , connected to earthing test point including testing on completion, excavation, earthwork, PCC earth pit of dimensions 550 mm X 550 mm (outer) and 300 mm X 300 mm (inner) and 250 mm deep with a PCC (1 3 6) type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate earth chamber ,40mm thick RCC cover type B1 (1 2 4 ) B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with 8 mm dia tor reinforcrment 100mm c/cand 12 nn dia MS bar handle on top of cover on ground level, 20 mm dia GI watering pipe, funnel, etc. complete and testing resistance in completion all as specified and directed. S &F energy efficient mettalic, anti dust powder coated,Exhaust fan, steel body, 4 blade, AC single phase. Operating voltage 220- 240 Volt, frequency 50Hzs,1400RPM having blade sweep 450 mm , air delivery not less than 6120 CMH ,supply complete with louvers and frame fixed with suitable size GI bolts, nuts and washers duly grouted and connecting up with 0.75 Sq.mm size 3 core PVC insulated flexible cable with multistranded copper conductor from ceiling rose to connector of exhaust fan complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Purchase voucher and warranty certificate to be produced for claiming of payment.]

PART-III : EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

M&L for filling of clean dry sand in trenches/ducts for cushioing to cable protection, complete all as specified and directed. [Note : Only punned thickness shall be taken for measurement]

Supply and laying Sub Class "B" Bricks Designation 75 as in cable Protection of size 250mmx125mmx50mm, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, testing complete XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volt grade, cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT feeder pillar of suitable size for 3 phase 415 Volts outdoor type made out 3.15mm thick CRCA sheetof side of the panel board, 100 Amps aluminium bus bar insulated with PVC sleaves and coloured (Red,yellow blue, and black) and internal wiring with suitable size (minimum 2.5sqmm) of Pvc insulated copper wire use with angle iron 50x50x6mm for base frame of the panel board, grouted from GL at 45cm above by using PCC foundation 1:2:4 type C1 with 20mm graded stone aggregate, thimbling and cable entry boxes with cable gland and with & including of following items complete all as specified and directed. Incoming : MCCB 4 pole 100Amp 25KA fixed thermal & magnetic setting- 01 No Outgoing : MCB TPN 32Amps 16KA - 02 Nos & MCB DP 40Amp, 16 kaA - 01Nos. PART-IV : EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Drilling of water pipe line of any type and size and type for connection of 25/20 mm GI pipe with clamp and other assesries, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying GI tubing, of 25 mm bore medium grade with all fittings(ISI Marked) and fixed complete laid in trenches/fixed to walls (including clamps)/fixed on pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F gun metal globe or gate valve of IS : 778 with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe, non rising forged brass spindle class I, ISI marked and fixed with required necessary GI fittings complete of size 25 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

PART-V : MACHINERY

S&F 500 kg bio turn composter machine including freight/ transporter, installation/ commissioning, testing complete, automatic naturalaerobic composting, 3 phase 440V machine of SS-304 composting chamber & outside body SS-202 with inbuilt shredder with heating element and blower with control panel fully automatic operation, overall dimension of machine should approximately of size as per approved manufacturer’s design and drawing for turn wet waste to compost without labour through automatic process including shredder, vessel, outlet, complete with following specification & testing complete all as specified and directed. (i) Input capacity per day - 500 Kgs of waste per day (0.50 TPD). (ii) Input - Mixed Bio-degradable waste wet & dry. (iii) Output - Dry organic compost, with test results and parameters matching to compost standards mentioned in MSW Rules 2000, Govt. of India, amended SWM 2016 (iv) Heating Element - Heating element/ Coil field heaters. (v) Insulation - Should be insulated with rock-wool/ Glass wool/ Fiber Blanker as per IS:1813. (vi) Blower - Blower with epoxy coated. (vii) Mixing arrangement - Should be made of SS-304 high quality material. (viii) Shaft & blades, Machine inner tank, waste input door, compost removal door, Composting Tank & Shredder (inbuilt) - SS-304. (ix) Outer covers - SS-202. (x) Handles & Locks - Standard handles & locks. (xi) Indicators - Forward & Reserve cycle, Heater with ON & OFF sign, overload & Auto unloading switch.

Item No. 5.01 Contd… [Note : (a) The machine shall be despatched from factory after approval of sample by AGE (I). (b) Factory inspection shall be done by AGE (I) before procurement of material. (c) Payment shall be made after submission of original paid voucher, manufacturer's test certificate & Independent test by AGE (I). (d) Machine must have 2 years warranty/ AMC period. (e) Two year post installing servicing shall included into the rates. (f) Training the MES personnel by manufacturer shal be done before issue of completion certificate. (g) Structural drawing & design and detailed structural drawing for cover shed and specifications of composter machine shall be submitted by contractor with drawing as per manufacturer's instructions/ guidelines to the Accepting Officer through AGE (I) Nabagram for approval of the same. Work shall be executed only after approval of the structural drawing and drawing for cover shed and specifications of the composter machine.]
