OD97525/2024-2025:Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of KWA pre-qualified reputed make Water lubricated Horizontal Split Case Centrifugal pump set having a speed of 1450 rpm & Duty conditions of 50 lps & 75 m head, with Bronze impeller, SS shaft, Steel Columns, Steel Strainer, CI Bowls & Bell mouth, CI Discharge head, Bronze wear rings having coupled motor of KWA pre qualified reputed make horizontal solid shaft pump mounted TEFC squirrel cage 4 pole induction motor suitable for the above pump working 3 phase 50 Hz AC supply, working voltage 415V. The motor shall confirm to EEF1/IS 325 digital motor protection relay shall be included in starter as per present IE rules with foundation bolts & nuts, base frame for pump and motor etc. complete including providing suitable concrete foundation in RCC with CC not less than 1:1.5:3 in 20 mm broken stone, fixing of M.S base frame on the concrete foundation, fixing of pump and motor and coupling them with suitable coupling including cost of cement, sand and broken stone and all other materials, labour charges, hire charges etc. complete. The alignment of the Pump and Motor coupled shall be with out any vibration during running. The combined efficiency of pump and motor shall not be less than 70%

OD97526/2024-2025:Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of suitable rating Fully Automatic starter (Star - Delta type) with air break contact. Starter suitable for the above motor with over voltage and under voltage protection, single phase preventer, over load relay with motor protection relay with main contactor and bypass contactor as per IE rules and code of practice etc. complete.

OD97528/2024-2025:Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of suitable size XLPE insulated armoured cable with aluminium conductors for working voltages up to and including 1100 volts conforming IS 1584/part I/1988 for PVC IS 7098 part I for XLPE of necessary length and free runs for the above pump set from panel board to starter and from starter to motor considering energy conservation.

OD97530/2024-2025:Supply of all materials and providing suitable earthing by using suitable size pipe/plate earthing GI/copper strip buried in ground and giving double earthing to motor, starter, panel board etc. as per IE standards.

OD97529/2024-2025:Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of APP Metalised poly propeline capacitor Heavy duty, 440V Cylinderical Gas filled type capacitor / Capacitor bank for the motor to get a power factor above 0.98. The capacitor shall confirm to IS 2834.

OD97531/2024-2025:Supply of suitable size best quality heavy duty ISI marked CI double flanged sluice valve and Double Flanged Non return valve, both with PN 16 pressure rating including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges etc. complete. Valve sizes shall match the delivery size of the pump.

OD97532/2024-2025:Supplying, Fabricating and fitting of suitable size best quality GI/MS pipe of thickness not less than 10mm suitable for the above pump and connecting the suction side of the pump and delivery side of the pump with the Sluice valves, Non-Return Valves, suitable specials, flanges, nut and bolts IR sheet etc. complete to connect with the 300 mm DI K9 pumping main including cost of all GI & MS pipe and specials, MS flanges with min. of 12 mm thickness, DI K9 pipes if required, DI K-12 Specials, Cast Iron foot valves for each pump of size matching the suction pipe, Pressure guage with 6" dial and having stop cock, necessary anchor blocks in RCC with CC not less than 1:1.5:3 in 20 mm broken stone including cost of all materials, labour, hire charges etc. complete. All interconnections of pipe lines in the delivery side of the pump shall be done in "Y" pattern only. NRV shall be support with RCC Anchor Block.
