LIDAR Survey (LIGHT Detection & Ranging) Using Engg grade RTK/PPK based LIDAR suitable for mounting on Loco/Trolly/Rail Car in block sections & Drone based LiDAR System suitable for LiDAR survey in Yds areas (A) Specs of LiDAR System Lidar with fully integrrated POS (PPK+IMU) Laser class-1 (Wavelenghth 903Nm) Channel- 16 Scan rate: 600,000 points per second Nos of turns- 1 2 minimum Scanner Origentation - Adjustable to (0 30 60 90 degree) No of GNSS Receiver/Antennas- 2 Constellation-GPS/GLONASS (L1/L2) Operation Mode-RTK/PPK IMU Rate 100 Hz-250 Hz IMU Accuracy-Roll/Pitch/Heading 0.05 Degree RGB Camera 12 MP front/360 Degree Altitude Range: Up to at least 70-100 M above ground LIDAR withIMU and fully integrated rechargeable batteries for autonomous operation. Precision-2 to 4 CM (B) Scope of Work: " 1) Estab. of horizontal and vertical ctrl. by DGNSS:" Estb. of Ground Control Network with 1 CM absolute accuracy Primary Ctrl Static DGPS survey with 1 hr. uninterrupted observation (As per desired accuracy) ctrl Point shall be Paint marked on permanent structures at interval of 1-2 Km in Yard areas and 5 Km in Block sections as per site requirement Addl. Benchmark Control Point using DGPS RTK at 250 M to 500 M interval. Points shall be paint marked on permanent structures/designed GCP Board to ensure ctrl for full width Collecting the Rail Lvl available on station or SOI GTS benchmarks/ CORS network and transferring the reduced level to the primary control points and benchmark ctrl points established. II) As built Survey including using Mobile / Drone based LIDAR System in Block Section Setup of Engg grade RTK/PPK based LIDAR on Loco/Wagon/Trolley etc. suitable to capturing the tracks and related features in block sections, capturing speed between 40-60 Km per hours to capture the minimum Lidar point cloud density 100 Points per meter. (Loco/Wagon/Trly / Insp CAR shall be provided by Rly free of cost for survey) 3D Point Cloud Data capturing using enggg grade Mobile-based LIDAR system / Drone LiDAR including extraction of data to ensure the coverage of all tracks in block sections Data Processing is to be done using LIDAR processing software's including trajectory computation data aligning. merging, generating 3D point cloud, track feature extraction. Development of the L-Section and other drawings. III) As built Survey including topographical details Using Drone based LIDAR System in Yard Area Setup of Engg grade RTK/PPK based LIDAR suitable to capturing the tracks and related feature in Yd Area, Flying Height between 70-100 M as per site req. Flying speed shall be suitable to capture the min. Lidar point cloud density 100 Points per mtr. 3D Point Cloud Data capturing using engg grade survey drone / Mobile-based LIDAR system including extraction of data for Main Lines and loop lines in Yard Area Data Processing is to be done using High LIDAR processing software's including trajectory computation data aligning, merging, generating 3D point cloud, capturing of track feature. Development of the L-Sec. and other drg. C) Following Output Should be Delivered: Processed 3D point cloud in. las format Accuracy of the Data Horz Accuracy shall be 2 cm - 5 cm RMSE and Vert Accuracy shall be 2 CM-5 cm RMSE. Delivery of Gradient Verification Report of Block Sec. Delivery of L-Sec, in DWG format & PDF Format at 1:5000 Horizontal 1:500 vertical scale as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
