DAY TO DAY MAINTENANCE AND CALL ON REPAIRS FOR ATTENDING BREAKDOWNS AT NORTH DRYDOCK PUMP HOUSE INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF UNSV ITEMS FOR DOL STARTERS STAR DELTA STARTERS METERING EQUIPMENT SWITCH GEARS DIGITAL WATER SENSORS FPT SYSTEMS AT DRYDOCK NAV

Providing manpower for day to day maintenance and breakdown and call on repairs for uninterrupted power supply by providing one skilled and two semiskilled to Switchgears/DOL Starters/ Star-Delta Starters/Actautor Panels/ Metering Devices / Sump level sensors/Digital Vibration Sensors/ of NDD pump house equipment for carrying out following Repairs, Overhauling, Servicing, Preventive Maintenance and refixing the same after carrying out rapairs / overhauling complete all as specified and as directed : Note: All Consumables & spares will be supplied by firm only. (a) Check and found if any cracked case when inspected should be replaced. (b) Check all contacting tips condition weather they are in good condition or corroded, if corroded do proper alchohol clearing. (c) Check alignment of foundation and make it in exact fixing location and provide grounding facility. (d) Check the compotnents of the LT panel with actual designs as provided drawings. (e) Check all mechanical interlocks and ensure all connections in tightining. (f) Check phasing connection of busbar with provided drawings.

(g) Mechanical check and visual inspection for air circuit breakers and moulded case circuit breakers. (h) Check the coil codtion and current ratings while in operation. (j) Check the correct opreation of NO & NC of auxilary contacts (k) Verify proper operation and remove any accumulation of dust material on moving parts and contacts and clean upto zero (l) Inspect transmitter/ antenna for damage or obstruction. (m) Check electrical connections and cables. (n) Verify proper operation and update the log (o) Record measurement data with physical reference for trending/ operational status checks (9) Visual inspection: Look for signs of damage, corrosion, or wear on the transmitter, antenna, and surrounding area. (q) Electrical checks: Verify power supply, cable connections, and grounding/ earthing. (r) Measurement verification: Compare measured values with reference measurements. (s) Alarm checks: Test alarms (High & Low Relay) and ensure they're functioning correctly.

(t) Cleaning: Clean antenna, lens, and signal pass through enclosure with soft cloth and mild suitable liquid/ solution (u) Alignment check: Verify transmitter alignment with the liquid surface. (v) Connected Accessories: Check and verify the sensor enclosures, connected pipes with glands and supports, connected power/ control cables for proper operation. (w) Documentation: Update maintenance records and submit to all concerns for verification and necessary actions. (x) Accuracy checks: Perform reference measurements to verify accuracy. (y) O-ring and gasket inspection: Inspect and replace worn or damaged seals if required and items will be supplied as separate Schedule item. (z) Contact/ Non-contact frequency check: Verify frequency and adjust if necessary as suggested by binding data. (aa) Communication protocol check: Verify communication settings.

(ab) Comprehensive system check: Inspect transmitter, antenna, and surrounding area. (ac) Antenna/ Transmitter inspection: Inspect and clean or replace tansmitter/ antenna. (ad) Calibration check: Verify transmitter calibration. (ae) Documentation update: Update maintenance record (af) Transmitter inspection: Perform thorough inspection of transmitter components. (ag) Component replacement: Replace worn or damaged components if required and items will be part of this Schedule only. (ah) Firmware update: Update firmware to latest version to meet provisional requirement of data communication center. (aj) Documentation update: Update maintenance records.
