M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete type A1 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) in foundation, footing, foundation beams, plinth beams, base of columns complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete A1 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts . Complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete A1 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) walls, retaining walls of any thickness, above top of footing, including attached pilasters and butteres complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Reinforced cement concrete A1 1:1.5:3 (20 mm graded aggregate) in beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5 m span complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to flat sides with fair finish surface of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work; vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of pillars,posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions with rough finish surface complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides and soffits of walls, retaining walls with rough finish curved surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Form work to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunching,lintel etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

All as per above item No. 14.00 but 5mm dia and over upto 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in coping, bed block benching, kerbs, mud stop, rounded or chamferred on edges including necessary form work/moulds complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 40mm thick (measured solid) ready made reinforced precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 graded aggregate) louvers and jallies, set in cement mortar 1:4 including mouldings as in curb stone complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Contractors are advised to visit the samples held in the office, before submitting tender.

S&F Ready made ornamental Precast reinforced precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.5 graded aggregate) designer pillars (Size 100x100x900mm) having groove on two faces, for fixing louvers and jallies, set in cement mortar 1:4 on compound wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The design of pillar, shall be got approved before bulk procurement. The tenders are advised to visit the sample.

M & L Porbandar stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granules textured homogeneous wall finishing consisting of a two component system of Dry Granules (25 Kgs per pack) made of 92% silica Particles coated with fade resisteant pigments, 100% acrylic polymer bonding agent (5 Kgs per pack) with the applied thickness of the coating between 0.8mm - 1.0mm on a cured, smooth level plaster without keying, as per the shades/combinations approved, to be applied by and approved applicator of the manufacturer, as per the directions/supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge. Th above textured coating should confirm to surface spread of flame class one of BS 476 : Part 7 : 1971 and pull off strength of the coating meet JISA 6909 on smooth plastered surface.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic primer all as per the manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar(1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture pigements to match the shade of granite all as specified and directed.

S&F stainless steel of Grade 316 as in framed work as in doors or gates of angles or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, sheet sheeting for covering etc, complete drilled for fixing of door and sheet etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings, running rails and guides and hanging, also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated rocks exc. 1.5 Km but n.exc 5 Km and depositing where directed at level n exc. 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
