Supply, installation and testing of storage type heater (Geyser) of 25 Litres Capacity, vertical type to sustain high pressure upto 8 bars with fixing bolts / fastener, necessary cement work and making good the disturbed surfaces making, giving electric and water connection and testing after installation to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge with following specifications : - (a) 5 Star rated (Vertical type) Necessary BEE cerificate from OEM shall be produced by the contractor at the time of sample approval. (b) Metal Body (Shock proof and rust proof) (c) Glass line coated tank (Ferro-glass technology) / Polymer coated. (d) Incoloy glass coated heating element. (e) Adjustable thermostat. (f) Temperature indicator dial/digital type. (g) Multiple Heating Option. (h) Multiple Functional Safety Valve. (j) Thermal Cutout Capillary Type. NOTE : - Warranty certificate to be produced by the contractor from OEM for the following components before processing the bill. (a) For product - 02 Years (b) For metal tank 07 years.

Supply and fixing for 15mm dia galvanised iron tubing medium grade with and including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, union etc passing through walls for water connection to geyser including, making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing for 20mm dia galvanised iron tubing medium grade with and including all fittings such as bends, elbows, tees, short pieces, union etc passing through walls for water connection to geyser including, making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix temperature resistent PVC pipe 15mm dia not less than 60 Cm long suitable for incoming (Cold Water) & (Hot Water) connections of Geyser with C.Punts, washer etc. complete as an directed.

Supply and fixing, bib tap, screwed down high pressure cast copper alloy with capstan head, screwed down suitable for 15mm bore pipe or union, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note (Note : Weight of bib tap shall not be less than 0.400 Kg)

Supply and fixing , stop valve 15mm dia, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipes or unions, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Weight of stop cock shall not be less than 0.400Kg.)

Material and labour for Sub main wiring with two single core FRLSH (Fire Retardent Low Smoke Halogen free), PVC insulated, unsheathed copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm drawn in and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC medium grade 20 mm dia with accessories on wall or ceiling with one additional PVC insulated, stranded copper conductor FRLSH (Fire Retardent Low Smoke Halogen free) of 2.50 Sqmm green colour for earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : - 3 run of 2.5 Sqmm cable with concealed conduct shall be measured as 1 unit.

Supply and fixing metal clad (P&S) with IP protection with single pole MCB 20 Amps, 10 KA "B" Curve, 240 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in MCB single pole, 240 volts, 50Hz , breaking capacity 10KA, 'B' curve 6 to 32 Amps, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply , installation, testing of SPN distibution board 8 way,double door , IP 43 , as per IS 8623 including 200 Amps fully insulated copper bus bar, insulated neutral bar, earth bar, door earthing, reversible doors, PAN assembly for easy installation and also incoming and outgoing connections with suitable size of lugs/thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing Old surfaces plastered or unplastered on wall surface and applying two coats of whitewash including finishing complete all as directed and specified.

Supply and fix 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium stranded conductor, served with inner sheathed of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connection suspended by insulating hangers not more than One metre apart including 4 mm suspension wire , One twin core cable flat or circular with size 16 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLSH (Fire Retardant Low Smoke Low Halogen Free), 1100 Volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor through and incuding medium grade, ISI marked, conceiled PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia with accessories, concealed on wall / ceiling and including provision of 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed cable FRLSH (Fire Retaedant Low Smoke Low Halogen Free), 1100 Volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor green colour as earth continuity conductor and connected to common earth dolly with suitable size of lugs, including mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet metal conforming to IS-5139 (Pt-I) of 1969 and IS : 14772-2000 with earth dolly and coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a caot of red oxide primer both internally and externally including provision of new 3mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover extended up to 25 mm over sunken box for housing the switches, socket outlets, fan regulators etc. with brass screws and brass washers and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing for one light/fan point controlled by one switch. NOTE: - Switch, socket and fan regulator to be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour for making drilling hole or making provision in existing brick/PCC wall surface of size suitable for mounting of exhaust fan of capacity 300 mm sweep of any type/body including fixing nuts, bolts, fasteners and necessary cement work including good the disturbed surfaces, giving electric connections and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3Nos 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor cable 6 sqmm drawn in and including rigid non metallic PVC medium grade 25 mm dia concealed conduit with accessories on wall or ceiling with one additional PVC insulated , stranded copper conductor FRLSH of 6.0 sqmm,green colour for earth continuity conductor, complete all as specified and directed. Note- 3 run of 6.0 sqmm and 1 run of 6.0 sqmm cable with concealed conduct shall be measured as 1 unit.

Supply and fixing RCBO for earth leakage (IP-20) protection and over current and short citcuit protection, ISI marked, 240 Volts, 40 Amps, 300 ma sensitivity, DP complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for earthing with Galvanised Steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using Galvanised Iron wire 6 mm as earthing lead (upto terminal point) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron and thimbles and protected by light grade 15 mm dia GI pipe connected to main switch board or main control board and GI pipe medium grade 20mm bore for watering and including funnel , wire mesh , RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil , returning , filling in approved soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR 1991(Part-I). NOTE : - The rates for earth work, GI protection pipe, funnel, wire wesh, CI cover, etc shall be deemed to be including in quoted rates.
