Excavation in foundation trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work soft /hard rock, chiesling soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited, slushy, daldal and saturated soil I/c pumping or bailling out water with in all heights stacking the excavated soil with 15cm layer when required into plinth ,sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus earth in pick and jumper work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts .

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3 sand:6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centring and shuttering in Foundations and plinth within all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angles iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring,shuttering,propping etc.height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs.height of propping and centring below supporting removal of the same for in situ work in reinforced concrete & plain concrete work:-. In Vertical surfaces such as walls(any thickness)bartitions and the like i/c attached,pillasters buttresses and string courses and the like within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement :1.5: Sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work. & rein forcement for reinforces concrete work in :-

Foundation, footing, bases of columns and the like & mass concrete within all leads and lifts.

Wall ( any thickness but not less than 0.10 mts. Thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth & string courses etc. from top of found.level upto floor two level within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(1 cement: 5sand: 10 graded stone agg. 40mm nominal size)with 15% plum & curing excluding the cost of form in retaining walls/ breast walls, the size of plums shall usually be 150mm , 300mm as per HPPWD specification within all leads and lifts.

Providing tor /mild steel reinforcement for RCC work i/c bending,binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level within all leads and lifts.
