Excavation in earthwork in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of mixed soil, ordinary rock and hard rock. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution, etc. and to protect stability of hill side. Rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation, including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, side slopes, width, camber, super-elevation and levels as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, in conformity with the requirement of technical specification for Rural Road, Jan, 2014 clause 1603.1 and 1603.2 (8.3)(iv) of General Conditions to achieve designed formation width including hauling and stacking of useful material for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner, trimming, filling of unevenness, blindage and finishing of the road to specified dimensions or as directed by the Engineer-in charge for smooth riding. revovery for useful stone of 345.23 cubic metre @ 300/- per cubic metre amounting to Rs. 103569 /- only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity in earth work effected Any loss to the public and private property during the course of excavation shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and technical specification clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the whole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand: six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size for plain concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated mix 1:6:12 (one cement : six sand: tewelve graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry work in Cement Mortor for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause-702, 704, 1202 & 1206 in Cement Mortor 1:5(One cement : five ) (2nd sort).and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, and laying reinforced cement concrete 900mm diameter (Nine Hundred millimeter) pipe NP3 including jointing for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement: two sand) but excluding excavations, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per drawings and technical specifications for Rural roads clause 1101 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 12086.3/1604.7 granular material including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause-702, 704, 1202 & 1206 in Random Rubble Masonry in cement mortar 1:6(one cement :six sand) including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of dry rubble masonry for retaining walls, breast walls, revetment walls and paraptes etc. for substructure and super structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clause 704.6 and 1604. and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying rubble stone flooring laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement: three sand) over cement concrete bedding complete as per drawing and technical specifications for Rural roads clause 1303 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated mix 1:5:10 (one cement : five sand: ten graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size for plain concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clauses 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/ stone masonry/ plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm (One hundred milimetre)dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slop of 1(V) : 20(H) towards drawing and technical specification clause 614, 709, 1206.6 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying plain/ reinforced cement concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated mix 1:1½:3 (one cement: one point five sand : Three graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size for reinforced concrete in super structure complete as per drawings and technical specification clause1401.4 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1001including cutting ,bending and placing in position complete in all respect including cost of binding wire upto any height as per the direction of the Engineer-in Charge including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate includes octroi,royality,Malkana,toll tax,sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

C/o RCC railing of M-25 grade in cast-in-situ with 20mm (Twenty millimetre) nominal size aggregate, true to line and graded, tolerance of vertical railing post not to exceed 1 in 500, (One in Five hundred)centre-to-centre surfacing between vertical posts not to exceed 2000mm( Two thousand millimetre) as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1404.3.3 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes 63-45mm (Sixty three to forty five millimetre) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN (eighty by hundred Kilo Newton) in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-II by manual means as per technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and Laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of 53 mm to 22.4 mm(Fifty three into twenty two point four millimetre) size to water bond macadum spcification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN(eighty - one hundred ) stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fillup the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-3 as per technical specification 405 by manual means including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat low porosity with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) (Slow setting-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer at the rate of 0.85 Kg sqm (zero point eight five kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification clause 502 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) (Rapid setting-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.275 Kg per sqm (zero point two seven five kilogram per square metre) on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying SDBC 25 mm (Twenty five millimetre) thick compacted with 60-80 (sixty -eighty )TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bitumimous binder @ 5 per cent of mix and filler transporting to the hot mix to work site laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade level and alingnment roling with smooth wheeled vubratory and tandem roller to achieve the deisred compation as MORD Specification clause 509 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and laying plain/ reinforced cement concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated mix 1:2:4 (one cement: two sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size for reinforced concrete in super structure complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 1401.4 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Erecting Type -A "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm (Three millimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail to be kept 70 cm (Seventy centimetre) above road/ground level and to be fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm (One hundred into seventy five into five millimetre)to be spaced 2 m(Two metre) centre to centre to be kept 1.80 mtr.(One point eighty metre) below groung / road level. Construction of hill side V-Shape drain 0.474X 0.35 Mtr(zero point forty seven four into zero point three five metre) having 10 cm (ten centimetre) thick in M-10 (ten) grade in accordance with the requirement of specification true to line and grade, diamensions and other particulars as per drawing and technical specification clause 1606.1 including excavation and form work hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of Parapets with cement concrete 1:5:10 (One cement : five sand : ten graded stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size and curing complete including cost of form work with steel plates as per drawing and technical specification. including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and Fixing typical NABARD information sign board with Logo as per MORD specification and drawing three MS plate of 1.6mm (One point six millimetre)thick top and middle plate duly welded with MS flat iron 25mm x 25mm x 5mm.(Twenty five into twenty five into five millimetre)The iron frame of the lower most plate and flat iron frame of middle plate will be welded to 2 No. 75mm x 75mm (Seventy five into seventy millimetre) of 12SWG sheet tubes parts duly embedded in cement concrete M-15 grade block of 450mm x 450mm x 600mm x 600mm ( four hundred fifty intofour hundred fifty into six hundred into six hundred millimetre) below ground level the top most plate will be welded to middle plate by 47mm x 47mm (Forty seven into forty seven millimetre) of 125 (One hundred twenty five)SWG steel plate tube. Reinforced cement concrete M-15 (fifteen) grade 200 mtrs. stone/local stone of standard design as per IRC:26 fixing in position including painting and printing etc. as per drawing and technical specifications rural roads January 2014 clauses 1703. (200 mtr stone precast) including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document that is 4 (vi) of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specifications of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads January 2014 including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
